The guest has two comfortable twin beds and is close to the second full bathroom. Both Bedrooms have luxirous egyptian cotton, high thread count sheets. The den has a sofa bed, allowing room for guests if needed. The living room has comfortable seating, a LARGE 46 inch LCD HD TV with FREE cable and WIRELESS INTERNET - all the comforts of home. Do you love to watch sunsets or enjoy your morning coffee outside? Then you will love your 9X12 screened lanai with private and serene views (our lanai is one of the few that offers total privacy with views of nature ... not your neighbours!). The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, Corian counter tops, maple cabinetry and tile throughout. It is equipped with exactly what you need for all your cooking needs and more. When looking out of the kitchen and living room, you see the spectacular views of lakes, the 7th fairway of the 'Cypress' course, and preserves.
Also, having traveled a lot ourselves we have included a few extra touches that we know will make your stay all the more enjoyable: Desk and chair, martini glasses/shaker, cappuccino maker, Geroge Foreman Grill, waffle griddle, plush beach towels, DVD library, books and some games for those rainy days.
For accessibility and convenience, the building has an ELEVATOR, an ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING spot directly in front of the unit and an additional resort pool located directly across the roadway. Also, if you plan on bringing your bikes, there is a large locked personal storage room storage directly in fron of the unit.

After visiting this resort we fell in love with all the amenities it has to offer. Also, it is an easy drive from Fort Myers airport. The golf is spectacular, The golf and tennis pros are exceptional, the club house is top notch and the views from the condo are amazing! As Canadians, we also believe in the return of a strong US economy and of the unquestionable beauty of the SW Florida area.

My husband and I spent approximately five weeks in this condo and can say it was a great experience all around. Every amenity was provided for -- everything from wine stoppers to great cookware and a George Foreman grill was at our disposal and the unit was spotlessly clean. We particularly loved sitting on the lanai in the evenings and watching the sunsets. The golf was great and we found everyone friendly and helpful. I should also mention that the owner was a pleasure to deal with -- always responsive and pleasant. Muskegon, MI
