Why the Owner Chose Nassau

I purchased my home in the Sea Breeze area (Eastern District) of New Providence Island as it was brand new, not far from the ocean and in a good residential area of Nassau in addition to being nearby to major grocery stores and the city's largest shopping centre, Marathon Mall.

The Unique Benefits at this House

"Twin Palms" is located at the end of a small private street that is surrounded by "wildlands" making it very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The only sounds you hear are that of the birds, crickets and frogs. It's only a short bus ride to downtown Nassau or to Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island. The houses are new and very well maintained, in addition to being tastefully decorated in true Bahamian style.
