Location: Six Mile, Lake Keowee, Upcountry, South Carolina, USA (12 Miles from Clemson, 30 Miles from Greenville SC)

Accommodations:  Home, 7 Bedrooms, 5 Baths (Sleeps 14)

Very unique and comfortable waterfront home with all amenities. Home is only 50 ft. from water with plenty parking. Home is 3 stories so plenty room to have private time. Has separate shed with bocci ball court. Home also has 10 seat home theater and arcade room in garage. There is a double decker dock for sun bathing Owner is a licensed coast guard captain and can show or teach you how to do everything on water. There are extra charges for these services. We have 2 sit down jet skis, 2 stand up jet skis, a Correct Craft 210 Team Edition Wakeboard boat, a 25 ft. Baja Outlaw Speed boat that can be used as teaching boats with the captain on board. We have taught many people how to wake board,ski,air chair,surf and drive a boat or can take you on a boat ride and show you the area. Can furnish references. Also have Boston Whaler 18 Outrage for those that want to go fishing. All of boating amenities are extra. We do not rent the boats without the captain on board. You have to pass a boaters safety course to use jet skis.

  • I've spent many weekends at this house over the past 3 years. It has everything you need to have a great time! It has a wonderful view of the lake and the host was excellent and taught me how to wakeboard!

  • We came from a beach community from Jacksonville Fl.. We were looking for a quiet getting away with all the amenity of home. We found this place on line and it was big enough for our family and affordable and decided to take a chance. When we got there we were amazed of the breath taking views of the Lake. The House was set on a cove by the Lake, the water temperature was prefect for any type of activity. The landscape and house was immaculate. The bottom floor had a Billiard’s room with a skeet board, pool table and a nine ball table they had 5 refurbished pinball machines and a ten seated theatre room. At our surprise the Ski boat and Jet ski’s that were on the premises where available for rent. The kids were having a blast !! At the same time we were able to have tranquility with the surroundings while we lounge around on the patio’s . If you like to run we found some trails and awesome roads to run thru the surrounding communities. The owners made our stay very comfortable any question we had they had a answer for i.e. Restaurants places to see even told us about this organic fresh market place. The family had a great stay at this residents and I would recommend it to anyone.
