This private townhouse is in the best lakeside location in Beachwalk Villas (#5135). Drive right up to the door on our quiet cul-de-sac just across from the swimming pool. The beach is just a short walk away and the Market Shops are right across the street.
Our newly redecorated villa has all the comforts of home. The Living Room seats 9 and has a queen Sleeper sofa, loveseat, plush recliner and 2 swivel rockers. An HDTV with all HD channels, Surround Sound, DVD, card table, chairs, and many games and puzzles are provided for indoor fun.
The new kitchen is equipped for the gourmet cook. The Dining Room seats 8, with 2 more stools at the Living Room bar. Tables for 4 on both patios give room for a party.
The master bedroom has a king bed and overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has twin beds which convert to a king with all the king bedding provided. A new full-size laundry is located upstairs. Both private baths are newly remodeled with travertine tile and quartz counters.
Sandestin is a gated resort of 2500 acres on the beach and bay. There are 4 championship golf courses, a full service Marina, and miles of trails for walking and biking. Fishing is permitted in the bass-stocked lakes without a license.
Shopping is just around the corner at the Market Shops and the huge Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only 2 miles away. Restaurants to suit any taste and price are on the property or a short drive away.The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a New Orleans style village on the Bay with a marina, unique shops, restaurants, entertainment, and festivities for the whole family. Ride over on the free tram from the Bay Gate parking lot, or take the water taxi.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CHOOSE NOT TO USE THE VERY COSTLY SANDESTIN AMENITY CARD, BECAUSE IT DOES NOT ALLOW FREE USE OF THE AMENITIES. Guests must still pay to use them. GOLF IS OPEN TO ANYONE.
Our guests prefer to use our beach chairs and umbrellas, (Sandestin's $39 per day) and use the tennis and fitness facilities just a short drive away AT MUCH LOWER RATES. Bikes can be ordered FOR MUCH LESS ($30wk.vs Sandestin's $24 per day!) and will be delivered to you. We are able to keep our rates low this way.
MONTHLY WINTER GUESTS: Monthly rate (4 weeks) includes taxes, cleaning, fees, and a complete housekeeping service every 2 weeks. There is a 4 week minimum Jan.- Feb.
CHECK-IN 3:00PM--CHECK-OUT 11:00AM-- Normal Weeks are Sat.-Sat., so please be specific if you are asking for a week that is not. We are flexible if possible.

Why the Owner Chose Beachwalk Villas
We have been vacationing in Sandestin with our family for 25 years, and have watched it grow. We have spent the Thanksgiving week there every year with the whole family. We bought our villa when we finished educating the children. It would never have occurred to us to buy anywhere else, because there are no other resorts with amenities that compare to Sandestin. We always try to go the few times it is not rented, and put ourselves on the calendar for time with the grandchildren. They grow up so fast!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
The minute we arrive, we notice how quiet it is. We were lucky to find a unit on the back of the cul-de-sac with the pool. We are so close to walk to the beach, do that every morning, loop back to buy newspapers, and then ease into the rest of the day. Jerry says that the Links is his "home course". I've stocked the kitchen and game closet with everything like home, so we lack for nothing. Even the linens are as nice as at home. We go to Baytowne Village every day for fun when the grands are with us. Most of all, we love the privacy and safety that the secure gated community gives our family.

We are a late 60's couple who own a printing management business, and are still working- with great help from our son. We like to travel to new places in the US and abroad by ourselves, and make our own plans as we go. Here we are on a SELF-DRIVE boat in the south of France! We have been married 45 years, and have 4 children, 3 "new" (in-law) children, and 4 grandchildren. We are active in our church and like to walk and exercise.
