Our spacious 2 BR/2 BA condo is located on the 2nd floor, with beautiful, relaxing views of the pond, fountain, and 5th hole of the Golf Course. Located just a short walk from the beach, you can stroll through the beautifully landscaped grounds...or catch a ride on the free, on-site tram!. You will find our unit has everything you need to make your vacation wonderful.
Edgewater Beach Resort(EBR) is a 110 area family friendly gated resort with 24 hour security on site. It offers more amenities than any other property in Panama City Beach.
You can rest assure that there is something to do for everyone in the family, whether you want a relaxing or adventurous fun-filled vacation. You can sit and read a book by the pool or take a walk along the beach and enjoy the gorgeous views of the emerald coast. If excitement is what you are looking for, then Edgewater Beach Resort is for you. In the Gulf Villa area they have the most extensive list of activities including:

There is a walk over bridge that takes you to the beach side of EBR where there are 4 additional pools featuring the 11,000 square foot Polynesian pool. You can enjoy casual dining at the Oceans Bar and Grill where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner inside or outside on the patio overlooking the beautiful gulf. Bimini Sand Bar offers snacks or your favorite drink. In addition, you can order pizza from Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffee and a Krispy Kreme Doughnut or ice cream at the New Edgie's Market. Room service, something unique for resort condominiums, is available across the resort. A hair salon is located on the property for your use.
Edgewater Resort is in the heart of Panama City Beach. It is minutes away from amusement parks, restaurants, shopping, preimier championship golf courses, and Frank Brown Park. Also, one of the new sites in Panama City Beach, Pier Park which features unique shopping, dining, entertainment and The Grand Theatre, a 16 screen movie theatre.

We had an absolutely fabulous time! The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It felt just like home. The pictures are perfect. The resort ammenties were second to none! Our kids actually have stated they would rather return to this condo/resort next year instead of Disney...seriously! Not only are the resort facilities top notch, there are numerous dining options, shopping (Pier Park), and other activities (mini golf, water park, and fun museums) very close to the resort. We can hardly wait to stay here again!

What a blast we had! Even though we live here in Panama City why not enjoy what our local area has to offer! Our friends from Illinois love to visit our area so what could be better than to enjoy our visit with each other while staying at the beach! Everyone had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a quite place to stay then this is the place. The villa was just perfect...only a few steps to the villa's pool or just a tram ride to the resort's Lagoon pool on the beach side. The owners (Nancy and Adam) are just about the nicest people you would want to meet. They go far and beyond to make sure their villa has that warm and inviting feel as soon as you step in the door. Thanks again guys for the use of your unit....memories were made.

After 23 years of being a faithful Edgewater renter, I can honestly say this is by far our favorite condo. Very spacious, perfect location within the resort, beautifully decorated but above all the cleanest! I plan to refer this one to everyone! Nancy was very easy to rent from and I look forward to doing business with her again.

Our first visit at PCB and we completely enjoy our visit. Our family enjoyed the amenities of the resort especially my kids. The condo was a very spacious and would recommended it to anyone that is looking for a place that makes you feel at home. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Not only is this a very nice place to stay, always clean the owners are so easy to work with. What a wonderful surprise to see the "welcome back basket" with some goodies in it when we got there. My family and I recently spent a week at this wonderful golf villa. Our teenagers enjoyed the freedom of having a tram to ride back and forth around the property. The lagoon pool was magnificent. We spent lots of time there each day totally relaxing. The golf villa is extremely quiet which is an added plus on vacation. An added highlight is the beautiful scenery of the lake, fountains and palm trees right in your back door. Can't wait unitl next summer!
