We stayed in Tower 3 this summer and loved the Edgewater Resort. I was a little concerned about staying in the golf villas for our Fall vacation, but I know this is where I want to stay every time I come to the beach. It was such a wonderful place. My children loved the pond behind the villa. They could watch turtles and fish and it was so peaceful. The rooms were huge! The beds were comfortable. We loved walking around the villas. We loved riding the tram to the beach. I loved running on the golf course in the mornings. It was a very comfortable and safe place and we hope to get this villa again the next time we visit PCB.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Absolutely love staying @ Edgewater!! Have stayed here before but first time in this unit. Loved it!! Very clean, modern, every convenience. Nancy is a joy to deal with! I stayed during the week of Tropical Storm Isaac and she actually called to check on me. Extremely nice! Will definitely rent from her again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the balcony with the view of the pond and golf course. The kids enjoyed the access to all the pools. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and rooms are big and it's a quiet area. We didn't want to leave but we do want to come back and stay there.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My daughter was staying at Edgewater for Cheer Camp, so we decided to come down the last night and watch them on their last day then have a mini vacay. We stayed in the Villa from Wednesday until Sunday and I have to say, it is very nice. Even though the rain kept us from the beach as much as we would have liked to have gone, the trip was still great. Very spacious condo, very well kept and very clean. The kitchen was completely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. There was dishwashing liquid, laundery detergent, iron and ironing board - everything we needed. It's not on the beach side, but who even cares? The tram comes through quite often and even if you want to walk, it's not that far. Also, there is a private pool right outside of the condo. It's a lot quieter than the main pool by the beach. Everything from paying the owner, getting in the condo and having all the information we needed went very smoothly. Glad I chose this location. This place is in the heart of PC Beach, offers great accommodations, very close to swimming pools, and the beach. The golf course is a great experience! We really enjoyed the wild life which gave the children an opportunity to see turtles, ducks, squirrels, birds up close! Time very well spent and totally relaxing. We will be bringing and recommending others to this wonderful vacation villa. Owners are very special people and provide many amenities that other vacation homes do not. Thanks Guys! I would have to say that I enjoyed my vacation at the beach. Our room was fantastic and everything you could ask for on a vacation. Very nice, well decorated and clean facility. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It felt just like home. The pictures are perfect. The resort ammenties were second to none! Our kids actually have stated they would rather return to this condo/resort next year instead of Disney...seriously! Not only are the resort facilities top notch, there are numerous dining options, shopping (Pier Park), and other activities (mini golf, water park, and fun museums) very close to the resort. We can hardly wait to stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

What a blast we had! Even though we live here in Panama City why not enjoy what our local area has to offer! Our friends from Illinois love to visit our area so what could be better than to enjoy our visit with each other while staying at the beach! Everyone had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a quite place to stay then this is the place. The villa was just perfect...only a few steps to the villa's pool or just a tram ride to the resort's Lagoon pool on the beach side. The owners (Nancy and Adam) are just about the nicest people you would want to meet. They go far and beyond to make sure their villa has that warm and inviting feel as soon as you step in the door. Thanks again guys for the use of your unit....memories were made.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

After 23 years of being a faithful Edgewater renter, I can honestly say this is by far our favorite condo. Very spacious, perfect location within the resort, beautifully decorated but above all the cleanest! I plan to refer this one to everyone! Nancy was very easy to rent from and I look forward to doing business with her again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our first visit at PCB and we completely enjoy our visit. Our family enjoyed the amenities of the resort especially my kids. The condo was a very spacious and would recommended it to anyone that is looking for a place that makes you feel at home. Not only is this a very nice place to stay, always clean the owners are so easy to work with. What a wonderful surprise to see the "welcome back basket" with some goodies in it when we got there. We usually come every year but this year we were able to go twice and both times we had a wonderful time. Thanks for being so easy to work with. We had a great time with our grandkids at your condo. They enjoyed the large extra bedroom with two queen beds and their own deck. The view from the master bedroom and living room was so serene, and the kids enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond. Everything we needed was available to us in the condo. We appreciate you being so attentive to all of our needs. The condo was spacious, and very quiet on the golf side at Edgewater; yet, the tram was readily available to take us to the beach side and the lagoon pool. Our grandkids also enjoyed swimming in the private pool at the condo. You can never out-do all the amenities at Edgewater, and we have been guests for 20 plus years. The one thing that makes it even better is renting from owners that care about their condo, and the guests that they share it with. Our stay in your unit was fabulous! The condo was clean with all the comforts of home away from home. We loved it! It was perfect for our family of six. Great location and close to pools. Very comfortable, clean and well kept! Loved watching the turtles from the balcony as they would come out to watch us too! We stayed for a week with our daughter and her friends and had a great time. They loved the ability to walk where ever they wanted and we enjoyed the fact that it was so safe. Weather was great and the owner was so easy to work with. Very accommodating and even had a few staples like trash bags and laundry detergent for us to use. My husband and myself retired this year and rented this beautiful condo overlooking hole #5 of the golf course. Our bedroom had beautiful patio doors which we could watch the sun come up in the morning and from our living room we had beautiful views of the fountains. Across the road was the beautiful white sandy beach and we played golf every day on the challenging 9 hole par 3 with water on every hole. Our condo was decorated beautifully and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We also loved the dining room right on the beach which had Karoke two nights a week. Just a wonderful spot superior to any we have visited around the world, lots of activity and things to do.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This is certainly the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in Panama Beach. The unit was spotless and the owner was so nice and easy to work with. From the first minute we entered the door of the condo we were very pleased. The owners had thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. From the coffee and filters to the floats for the pool. I would rate them AAAAA. No problems at all and the owners were very helpful to me and my husband when we had trouble setting up my son's lap top. You will love the pond with the turtles and fish along with an occasional White Heron. We had friends over and they said they loved it too. My family and I recently spent a week at this wonderful golf villa. Our teenagers enjoyed the freedom of having a tram to ride back and forth around the property. The lagoon pool was magnificent. We spent lots of time there each day totally relaxing. The golf villa is extremely quiet which is an added plus on vacation. An added highlight is the beautiful scenery of the lake, fountains and palm trees right in your back door. Can't wait unitl next summer!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
