This condo is on Omaha's riverfront with the newly constructed Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge right outside our door! The condo is furnished with all details for the meticulous traveler.
The king bed and sofa sleeper are Sleep Numbers with 1500 thread count linens. The master bathroom has a spacious shower and jet tub. There is a 32" flat screen in the master bedroom with a 42" flat screen with surround sound in the living area.
The kitchen has all the amenities of home, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all cooking utensils, small appliances, condiments, seasonings, and an icemaker. There is a wet bar adjacent to the living area. The dining room has seating for 8, but there is seating for 24 throughout the living, dining and bar area in the kitchen.
The condo also has free internet access! The balcony has a propane gas grille. The owners will try to accommodate any special requests for their guests.

Why the Owner Chose Omaha
This condo is our home base! We live in Omaha and enjoy the downtown living. All the action is downtown and it is much easier to walk to the events than to deal with traffic and parking. The revitalized riverfront and the coming of the new baseball stadium to downtown Omaha was reason enough for us to choose this location!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Being able to walk to the Qwest Center Omaha for concerts, Creighton basketball, NCAA sporting events, dining and shopping the Old Market, enjoying the holiday lights in winter, listening to the Omaha Symphony Orchestra at the Holland Performing Arts Center, or attending plays at the Orpheum Theater are just a few of the benefits we enjoy!

Jim & Gina love to travel, but they don't care to stay in cramped hotel rooms. Staying in condos or houses give them more flexibility when travelling. Having a kitchen available or being able to enjoy family or friends in the VRBO properties is much more accommodating and just as economical as going to an upscale hotel.

Extremely clean, beautiful and comfortable. Lots of room for gathering with friends and family. Loved the views and the great walking trails right outside. Thanks for a great stay!

The Omaha condo was perfect!! It was clean,and had everything we could have needed. It was easy to find and secure. The view was awesome and we did alot of walking. Everything is very well maintained in the whole area.Jim and Gina made us feel very welcome and provided us with all the information we needed.. It is a perfect place to spend the week-end. We grilled steaks on the deck and enjoyed the wonderful view! WE would highly recomend this place! We hope to return again next fall!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We can't say enough about the condo ! Everything was just as promised and more. This is one of the best maintained properties where we have been guests. Jim and Gina, we appreciate all your efforts to make sure our short trip was perfect. It is amazing all the room at your condo. We felt very comfortable and very secure. Our nights rest was just as if we were in our own home. Thanks for making our Omaha visit sooooo very pleasant.
