Nice 1700 sq foot home in golf course community in Ft Mohave is prefect for families or couples.
Master suite has a queen bed featuring a wonderful walk-in shower and dual sinks. Second bedroom has a bunk style bed with a full size bed on bottom and a single bed on top. Third bedroom has a single bed with a trundle bed that pulls out and can be raised to the height of a normal bed. All bedrooms have nice sized closets, ceiling fans, and linens, blankets, and pillows.
Living room has sliding glass doors out to rear patio, ceiling fan, and couch with recliners on each end. Room also has a rocker/recliner chair. TV, DVD player, stereo system, and Wii game console with Wii sports games for your use. Board games and cards are also available for guests.
Dining room has beautiful pub height table with comfortable chairs that seat 6, breakfast bar is right next to dining table and has 2 more comfortable chairs for additional seating.
Kitchen is equipped with a toaster, coffee maker and blender. The tiled kitchen is light and open to rest of house. House has a reverse osmosis water system and a water softener.
Laughlin and all it's Casinos and fabulous shows and attractions are just across the Colorado River. Lake Mohave is also nearby and is a great place to go boating or swimming.
Laughlin/Bullhead City International Airport is 15 miles away. 45 min drive to London Bridge or 2 hours to Hoover Dam or Las Vegas. The Grand Canyon is about a 3 hr drive.

Why the Owner Chose Bullhead City
We purchased our vacation home because of it's proximity to the Colorado River and Lake Mohave and Laughlin's Casinos. The casinos have theaters and shopping, along with shows and restaurants. And the river and lake have opportunities for boating and jet skiing, along with swimming and fishing. Fort Mohave is a great place to escape the cold and snow and enjoy some sunshine in the winter months. Our son has recently taken up golf, and the Desert Lakes golf course is right by our home. There are several other golf courses in the area.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love taking a jet ski on the lake. Lake Mohave has lots of sandy shoreline for picnics, fishing, and swimming. We also enjoy the many wonderful restaurants on both sides of the river. The Black Mountain range is also close by and provides opportunities for hiking, biking, and wildlife watching. The Avi casino is a great place to go with your kids. They have a nice theater and play area. They also rent boats and jet skis right off their sandy beach on the Colorado river. The Riverside Casino is a short 20 minute drive as well with theaters and bowling.
