Manuel Antonio is a truly unique place which still reveres the local culture, family values and easy lifestyle. The nature and fishing are not only extraordinary, but the people as well. I felt welcomed to be here and felt that the area offered an immense future for locals and investors like me.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I enjoy watching the sunset from my living room and from my back patio as well as soaking in my infinity pool after a long day. I enjoy having a wonderful housekeeper who takes care of my family as if we were her family and feeling like I can truly relax in my home.

I, Mike Carter, have been coming to Costa Rica for 30 years. I fell in love with the country back then and have continued to love it ever since. I am an avid fisherman and enjoy outdoor activities and the unparalleled beauty that Costa Rica´s nature offers. My wife, Jaymie Carter has also fallen in love with the country, the culture and the astounding natural beauty of the area. Several years ago, after having traveled the entire country, I discovered the need for more first-class vacation rental accommodations for other travelers like myself and my wife, which is why I decided to build and rent Casa Feliz.

Our stay at Casa Feliz in La Reserva was absolutely amazing! Does not even compare to anywhere else we have traveled. We had wonderful treatment by La Reserva staff and the concierge took care of everything and very informative too. Anything we wanted to do, the concierge made it happen and added it to our itinerary. Casa Feliz is a beautiful home in pristine condition! Every day, the house keeper cleaned house, cleaned rooms, had our clean laundry in room, dishes done and put away. La Reserva is minutes away from fabulous, ocean view restaurants or stay in and order pizza. Our absolute favorite thing we did was the zip line in the jungle!! We think if we go back, we would only do the zip line excursion and enjoy the rest of the time relaxing at Casa Feliz. We enjoyed all the excursions we did, but the house is like a resort and you never have to leave it. Our vacation at La Reserva was a worry free, unforgettable, fun, relaxing experience and we would go back in a heartbeat!

From the fabulous views to the friendly, accomodating staff, Casa Feliz is a great place to escape. Regardless of which bedrooom you choose you feel like you have the best room in the house. Great details and views from each room. There are great social spaces and places to escape and read a book while overlooking the pacific. We were in CR for a family party and it was a great place to entertain. The staff took care of menus, caterers and entertainment. All we had to do is show up and enjoy! We will definitely be back to this little piece of paradise!
