Our cute beach house sits halfway between the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway. Walk 2 minutes to the beach or the other way to the fishing pier! The house has been lovingly renovated. There is laminate wood flooring or tile throughout. Our fully stocked kitchen has plenty of cupboard and counter space.
In the living room you can watch our large screen TV from the comfort of the double size pullout coach. There is a separate dining area with a huge table that seats six. The bathroom has been fully renovated and features thick towels. The bedrooms have large closets and high quality cotton linens with lots of pillows. The master bedroom has it's own TV and satellite box.
After a day at the beach relax on our wicker furniture in the cool Florida room. Fully screened in it offers a quite place to read or talk.

Why the Owner Chose Ormond By The Sea
Beautiful Ormond-By-The-Sea is a wonderful small quiet beachside community. You can walk down our street to the condo free beach at one end or to the community fishing pier overlooking the Intracoastal waterway at the other. Take a bike and explore the parks and shopping. Or drive down the A1A to Daytona Beach and Ponce Inlet. Disney World is just 80 min away! The people here are friendly and there is a laid back lifestyle that is quite relaxing. We visited the area so often that when the time was right we bought our own little piece of Florida sunshine!
The Unique Benefits at this House
You can take off your shoes and relax in our beach house. The area is laid back and so will you be once your feet hit the sand. At night go into the backyard and listen to the symphony of sound emanating from the tropical "bush" behind our house. Look up and see the sky covered in stars. No city lights here! During the day walk or bike along the A1A or famous John Anderson taking shade in the mossy oaks. Stop by a park on the water and watch the boats go by. This is the way to vacation!

Enjoy sitting watching the sunsets at our own fishing pier right at the end of the street.

The house was just as described. The location was excellent for us, we have vacationed in Daytona for many years so we know where eveything is at. We had a great time my little dog loved the back yard and the screened porch. The only thing from our vacation was the fact that the reality company holds the security deposit a long time. We actually stayed a couple of extra days but checked out on Monday the 6th and it took eight weeks to get my security deposit back. But other than that we did have a great time. If you like crab legs Crazy Horse is great.
Owner response:I'm so glad that Sarah and her family enjoyed their stay. Just an update on the security deposit. There is no longer a $200 deposit. Renters pay $25 and sign a security waiver which acts like insurance if any damage is done. So no more waiting for the deposit to be returned and no damage worries.

We had a great visit! Public beach access very close by with bathrooms, shower and lifegaurd. There was shopping nearby as well as several restaurants. It was on a quite street. The house was very clean and comfortable. Cool air-conditioning. It was also close to Orlando. We drove down to Sea World for the day. Bring you bathing suit, toothbrush and some food and you will be set for a relaxing fun vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
