Natz Ti Ha is a sweet quiet complex next to the beautiful Shangri-La Hotel. Terraces, pool, gardens, waterfalls all make this an impressive atmosphere for your vacation.
Our condo is well equipped to make your family and friends feel quite at home. Glass sliding door access to our terrace brings the outdoors in. Comfortable furniture and fully equipped kitchen. Our patio is private and has two waterfall walls.
The beach is only 65 steps away. Restaurants and shopping is all within walking distance. It is only 2 blocks from the exciting north end of Quinta Avenida, Playa del Carmen's exciting main shopping and dining area.

Natz Ti Ha is the perfect marriage of water sports out your door and easy living Mexicano style. It's located next to Coco Beach, steps from Shangri La, and Mamitas Beach. It's unique Mediterranean style building with jungle like planting make it a beautiful building. Our unit is on the first floor with a large patio engulfed in palms. It's very quiet and ideal for entertaining.

Our kitchen is very well equipped. The wireless internet line is a DSL dedicated line to our condo.

Our very first trip to Playa del Carmen sold us. We come down frequently to play, relax, and make this our home. This is me taken by my wife on Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue.
