This home away from home features one king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the guest room. The unit also features access to a pack and play, trundle bed and a full size air mattress. This two bedroom/two bath unit comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 3-4 children. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lovely dining area, and a living area just right for enjoying your relaxing beach vacation.
Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is a 52-acre Resort located on the edge of Destin, Florida between Sandestin and 30A (The Beaches of South Walton). The Resort features 600 feet of private, sandy white beaches exclusive to Tops'l guests. Relax, play tennis (enjoy one of the many clinics or round robins), work out in the state of the art fitness center, or enjoy the beach or beach pool. Tram service is available throughout the resort to take guests to and from the beach. Tops'l Hill State Park borders the resort and has MILES of UNSPOILED BEACH to walk!!!

We have been going to the Destin area for years and have stayed in some great places--this is, hands down, the best! Extremely well appointed, clean, and well maintained, not to mention in a fabulous location with wonderful amenities! We would (and will) stay in this unit again...and again!!

The living/dining area was spacious and very clean. The unit has wood flooring throughout. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator is quite large and held all of our groceries easily. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, etc. There is a large sectional in the living room that was awesome for lying around and visiting with guests. The universal remote for the living room television and ipod dock was unique and quite easy to operate with the pre-visit instructions from the owner. The wireless internet connection is superb. The bed in the master suite was very large and comfortable (tempurpedic I believe), and the bathroom in this area features a luxurious double headed tiled shower with double benches and a large clear glass door. A regular 25 inch television sits on top of the chest of drawers in the guest bedroom. There are double closets in both bedrooms with a washer and dryer located in the hall area outside of the guest bedroom. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A large table with covered seating for 6-8 sits in the dining area which would be great for a large family to enjoy. Air conditioning in the unit works well even though it is an older unit. It did freeze up on us one time, but we turned the unit off for several hours while at the beach which allowed the unit to defrost and begin to work again upon our return. The master bedroom does tend to be warmer than the rest of the condo, but the ceiling fan in this room helps. This unit is on the second floor overlooking several of the tennis courts in the area. There is one parking space beneath the unit and guest parking is located directly across the culdesac. You can use the two large pools, kids pool, and hot tub near the beach at no additional cost, or purchase an amenity card (3 day minimum purchase) which allows you to use the Tops’l fitness room, pool, and tennis court area with access to the activities in that area as well. The air conditioned tram was available within five minutes of each call for beach transport. The pools at the beach are large, clean, and the deck is filled with chairs for sunbathing as well as several tables with umbrellas set at different points around the area. There are activities in the evenings for children. Beaches are just beyond the pool area. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo and the owners were pleasant and readily available at all times.

We love to take our two children to Sandestin every year and we always stay at this Tops'l condominium. This condo is amazing and a great home away from home. It has a beautiful pool with a restaurant and it's right on the beach. It is so convenient to Bay Towne Warf, outlet shopping and is located in the heart of Sandestin. You can tell the condo has been newly renovated and it is always clean. The master suite is extremely comfortable and the double head walk in shower is a huge bonus after sunbathing at the beach and pool all day or playing tennis. The owners are wonderful people and always accommodating. I would highly recommend this condominium to all beach and tennis lovers.
