This is a charming, comfortable and casually elegant retreat, ideal for 1 or 2 guests but comfortable for 4 as well. The living room is open to the completely equipped gourmet kitchen (Sub Zero, Wolf and Asko appliances) and separate dining area and overlooks the covered south facing lanai. The master suite has extra custom closet space and spacious bathroom. Snuggle into the cozy queen size bed featuring luxurious linens and down comforters... Watch TV or choose a good book from the library. French doors lead to the den with a comfortable fold out queen sofa and it's own TV, DVD, stereo and CD collection. The south facing unit is bright and sunny. The elevated street level entry allows for direct access to the outdoors so you can come and go with ease. Enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or afternoon refreshments on the covered lanai. The condo is elegantly and comfortably furnished with antiques and fine art as well as 3 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD's, a library and sound systems complete with CD's. 2 Ketchum-cruiser bicycles available. My son, a Ski Cross elite athlete, was born and raised here... it's a fabulous community for singles, couples and families.. and you can't find a better babysitter than Bald Mountain. The community is friendly, sophisticated, casual and interesting. There are unlimited things to do and see...many cultural events ranging from the S.V. Summer Symphony (outdoors & free) to rock concerts, Writer's Conference, Galleries, Museums, classes of every kind... endless athletic activities plus fine dining and great shopping...

The best VRBO rental we have had. Very attractive, well maintained, and well located for walking to downtown Ketchum and very short drive to lifts. Owner and agents were very helpfull.

A luxury condo as billed with all the comforts of home -- professional kitchen, comfortable and well appointed rooms, immaculately clean bathroom, and patio to enjoy breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Maggie's condominium was a delightful place to spend quiet evenings and lazy mornings. While some may not care for cooking on vacation, the professional kitchen just beckoned for the careful preparation of a good meal. The little patio is a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. And, everything is within walking distance or accessible by the free transit service (especially the great restaurants Ketchum and Sun Valley have to offer), including the gondola at River Run that whisks you to the historic Roundhouse for a meal and/or a gorgeous view of the Wood River Valley. We had only four days - but could have stayed there a month. Thank you Maggie!

We were one of the first to rent this condo and couldn't have imagined a better locaiton or place for what we wanted. The owners were excellent to deal with and take much pride in maintaining/cleaning their place. We highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend this lovely condo. The furnishings were very nice and every detail has been thought of and anticipated for a very comfortable stay. It was extremely clean and there was lots of closet space. The location was perfect, very convenient and the unit itself is very well laid out. The local contacts were readily available and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

This is a terrific condominium - spacious and quiet. The furnishings, artwork and kitchen facilities are all very good. In addition, the location is perfect -- a short walk to the restaurants and stores downtown and to the shuttle to Bald Mountain. No car is needed for your stay. In sum, a great place to stay when visiting Sun Valley/Ketchum!

Highly recommended upscale/luxury condo. Close to local market, Ketchum Restaurants and shuttle to the slopes. All walking distance. Fast and easy reservation with owner, all professional. Local property manager Kathy so helpful, received my Fedex boxes and delivered them to condo. Clean, clean, clean, condo... definitely Four Seasons/Ritz Carlton quality and atmosphere. Will definitely go back again. Fast refund of security deposit, you will not be disappointed...spoil yourself there, you deserve it!! A+A+A+

This wonderful home in Ketchum exceeded every expectation. From the perfectly appointed master suite with its gorgeous linens and endless closets to the fully- equipped kitchen, lovely furnishings and great open plan, no detail has been overlooked. The condo is ideally situated just two blocks from the center of town with a private entrance and easy access lending it a more "home" like feel. A perfect landing spot in one of our favorite places. We could not have been more thrilled with the place or our stay. An ideal retreat in every way! Many, many thanks -- we will return!
