Great Family Condo on Mountain. Free Wifi. Gondola Next Stop
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our condo is a short trip on the free shuttle to the gondola and everywhere else in Steamboat. While we do not have a private hot tub, you must visit the hot springs while in Steamboat. There is great walking around the condo and you can walk down the hill to the gondola which takes about 10 minutes. Hard with ski boots on, but a great walk to go get Starbucks and pick up the local paper.
Owner's Map of Herbage Townhomes
Our family has been skiing and hiking in Steamboat for the past 25 years. We enjoy it in the winter and the summer. For the past 10 years we have spent the holidays there with friends and have watched our kids grow and develop into great skiers! The photo is from the BBQ at the top of the Gondola. An evening out the whole family looks forward to every year. We love Steamboat and know you will too.

My wife and I wanted to say that this was the best of all our annaversaries and this was the 33rd. We ski every year at a different location. The accomadations are Great and the pictures does no justice to the reality of the place. Excellant location with the bus picking you up right outside your door. Look forward to staying again.

Six of us really enjoyed our stay here in Steamboat. The sleeping areas were all set apart with their own bathrooms - very private and quiet. There was a living room area, deck and seperate den area off the kitchen and dining room on different levels so you could be together or go off and read on your own, The free bus service was close and very efficient. Cozy and well equipped. We hope to go back again. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

A nice feature of the Herbage location is the spacious area surrounding the units. This is not your typical cramped townhouse or condo with garage parking, stairs & elevators. The area is heavily treed and well maintained. The pool is new, clean & quiet. The unit is in excellent condition. This unit is most likely the best value for it's size in Steamboat.

As they say in the business, location, location, location- this Steamboat Springs vacation destination was just that. Ideal for a week with friends or the whole family for any season this condo was ideal. The inside was spacious where you thought you were only, but cozy enough to gather all in one room as well, separate levels with multiple baths were perfect. The neighbors are warm and friendly and make you feel at home. I was truly impressed by how close everything was, but still had the sense of privacy from noise and traffic. Located at the top of the hill, in front of the free bus stop, where traveling was made simple. The owners go above and beyond to make it as you never left home. The question is not if, but when we return, we know where we will be staying!

I can't say enough about this lovely and comfortable townhouse. I have stayed here with a group of college friends--10 loud ones--and there was plenty of room to spread out, relax, chat in the bunk beds, chat on the porch, eat in the kitchen and watch movies in the family room. I was lucky enough to get the spacious and lovely master bedroom/bath. This is a great place for two familes as well. Local attractions in the town of Steamboat, Skiing, Horseback Riding, Hiking, and Hot Springs soaking are all close to this centrally located home. I will be back!!!!! Mary, Atlanta

Fabulous place. Very clean and nicely decorated. Large enough for six of us to stay and have plenty of room. Love its proximity to the mountain and to downtown. The owners are extremely generous with everything they have made available to you at their home. WE WILL BE BACK. A must stay for a great price.

This condo was really nice. Everything we needed to fix Christmas dinner was provided. Very well equipped for cooking. The skiing and sledding were great. Clean, comfortable and 3 little boys enjoyed the play station and neat bunk beds. Having three bathrooms (and a blow up bed) were appreciated since there were 11 of us. We'd stay there again.

Simply the Best. We've stayed during winter twice and during summer once and this condo is perfect for fully exploiting Steamboat's vacation resources. In winter an easy bus ride to and from the main lift...we've even walked it once or twice; and in summer, a simple bike ride to tennis and to downtown along the streamside bike trail. Plenty of room allowing adults privacy, kids play space and a "great room" for whole family fun. Clean, well equipped, very comfortable. We always hate to leave!!
