Affordable Downtown Luxury with out the traffic and street noise of other downtown properties. We are located just south of downtown in the desirable neighborhood of Garrison Woods. This development is on the grounds of Calgary's old Army Barracks, and was a planned community right from its inception in the late eighties. It has all of the amenities of downtown and suburbia, except no traffic, no parking issues for guests, and no smog. We love this unit for its ground floor private entrance and the ease of access form the street or parkade. Their is a wonderful amenity building with a pool , gym and party facility for guests. Stay a week or a month, and enjoy what this city has to offer. We have a full kitchen, patio with barbeque, and a steam shower for sore muscles.
Calgary offers the visitor manys things to do and see in the winter and summer. The Stampede in July, the Inter-city ski hill, and previous 88 Olympic Village. Please feel free to email me for availability.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2006
WE purchased this property with the intention of living there full time when we retire. We love the area, close to downtown but with the feeling of being in the city outskirts. There's a farmers market close by wit fresh produce and arts and crafts. Many restaurants are nearby and with patios to sip your flaming coffees on. The Safeway is a block away, and downtown is 2 mins north. We love the main floor access of the unit, and the pool, rec room is also a nice addition. We hope you enjoy your stay.
