  I couldn't have asked for a better stay in SoBe. This apartment is located across the street from the ocean, but a bit removed from the party craziness found a little more north. Everything I love,(restaurants, beach, shopping), is in perfect walking distance. The apartment itself is everything I could have wanted, spacious, clean,state of the art appliances, tastefully decorated, gorgeous kitchen, roof-top pool access, balconies, and I could see the ocean every morning when I woke up.=)

  My wife and I arrived on March 12 and will be here until the 22nd. The condo location is convenient to everything. Very roomy -we have another couple as guests. Everything is in good order and the appliances are top end. We met the owner upon check in and she is delightful. She was attentive to our needs and explained the operation of the appliances (very advanced technology) and toured the building with us. She has further inquired by email as to our happiness. Anyone who would complain about this great value and beautiful condo is either someone who is simply unhappy and unable to enjoy anything or, for some strange reason, attempting to tell stories that are simply untrue. As evidence of our enjoyment, we are returning in March with our family for spring break.

  I love this large and beautiful 2 bedroom condo, right on Ocean Drive in the best location in South Beach. All rooms are spacious....and the two bathrooms are luxurious, too. So besides the almost always great weather, I have comfort and room to spread out. The bedding is upscale, the open kitchen, a delight in all its contemporary beauty. I have rented 3 times and intend to come back again and again. All great restaurants are within a short walk...favorites are Prime Italian, Big Pink for fun, News Cafe, and so many more. When I come with the Grandkids, the park across the street is a favorite spot. And the beach is perfect, right out the door and across the street. What could be better? I only wish I could own it. Giuilia, the owner is very kind and helpful, and the pictures of the condo are accurate. There were no disappointments. The parking spot was also helpful for the few times we may want to rent a car.

  My family travels extensively within the US and this was one of the most wonderful/beautiful condo that we have stayed in - perfect location and the unit itself was immaculate. Guila is great and even offered for us to leave our luggage in the room and use the facilities for our late flight on our day of departure. I highly recommend this condo for family, couples, or girlfriend trips. Guila gave great suggestions for dining and saving money at the same time as well. Thank you Guila - we will use your condo again on our many visits to the Miami area. Your hospitality was greatly appreciated - made vacation easy!

  We spent another great week at this unit in Miami Beach. This is 2 years in a row we've done this. It's a wonderful unit, very spacious, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Location is phenomenol, the views are great and did I mention the location? It's spectacular. We walk across the road and we're on the beach. The best restaurants in Miami Beach, Prime 112 and Prime Italian are about 500 yards down the road and a quick walk. There were a couple of nice furniture additions from last year and a great new daybed. It's incredibly comfortable and we'll definitely come back again.

  My wife and I and our two small boys stayed in this apartment from 1/7-25, 2012. Here are the facts: It's advertised as 2,000 square feet, but that includes the terraces. According to city records, the interior is 1446 square feet. She didn't mention this. She said in writing the apartment had WiFi and working appliances. When we got there, she said there were many wifi "antennas" and that we could "get the code from the deli across the street." She has no internet connection and no wifi. All the signals have passwords. The few delis that gave us their passwords did not reach to the apartment. We had to do our email and internet from the terrasse (spotty) or from the cafes at street level. The dryer never worked. She said it was "delicate," but the heating element was broken. I had three phone conversations with her, during which she talked 99% of the time and listened 0% of the time. Then I told her I prefer to communicate by email. From the cafe downstairs, I sent her an email message explaining that we would like a working dryer, so my wife doesn't have to dry the laundry on the furniture in the living room. She replied: "dry your clothes in the balcony until the guys get back there to fix it , the cleaning ladies will be there Monday at 9 am in order to finish by one 1pm,  they will leave you a dust pan. I have all ready spoken to Miami Beach Police department and signaled your condition of creating problems constantly out of anything ant that you may not be stable mentally and that you may be a disturb to the Hotel, they said they will assist us if we need it to evict you , this is my last email warning you about your actions and strange requests , at your check out Police will be present to do the walk trough to make sure you did not damage anything I suggest you calm down as your going end up getting arrested Mr Siegel" She said we could get any help we needed from the reception desk, but they told me they wouldn't have anything to do with us if we were staying in that particular apartment. When we went to check out, I emailed to ask if I could have my deposit slip back, which she told me I would get back when we leave, and she replied with this: "You cant have your slip back thats in your check in , the cleaners will be there at 11 am ,your check out is 11 am, dont worry we will make sure the police gets there to make sure you are out." This is a nice building with a great location. Find another apartment to stay in.

  Owner response: This person received 3 nights for free and 250 per night special price, showed up with strange requests when he was refused, he started braking appliances and wifi service just to revenge , was evicted by Miami Beach Police Department, when we offer free nights we do not offer extra services for free like internet or parking during the free nights , Unfortunately some times out of 100 clients we do get that impossible one

  We took the family down for a week, and it was a great condo unit. Spacious, plenty of room, comfortable large beds, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, great big bathrooms, and the location can't be beat. The best restaurants in South Beach are all within 3 blocks and an easy walk. The three big balconies overlooking Ocean and 5th were awesome too. We highly recommend this condo and will be going back at some point, hopefully soon...

  We enjoyed our vacation in this very large condo Ocean front yet a perfect view on Fifth and Lumus park , the unit had everything you could need and was well furnished, very clean, I was almost afraid to touch something, the owner was a little distant but very helpful she seemed cold at reservation time but then was friendly once we met
