Our like-new Kanab Condo is less than a five-hour drive south of Salt Lake City, Utah. It is situated in the middle of more than eight National Parks and Monuments including Zions, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Grand Staircase-Esclante, Pipe Spring National Monument, Glen Canyon and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Bring your camera and hiking boots! Buy a National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass for $80 and you and your family can enter most state and federal parks/monuments for an entire year without any entrance fees.
There are great ATV trails accessible directly from the condo. Bring your own four-wheelers, or rent some in town. Many guests like to spend a day at Lake Powell, which is located about 75 minutes away. Rent a boat at the marina and enjoy sight seeing, water sports, and cliff exploring.
Kanab is a community with its own charm and style. There are many home-style restaurants and an old-fashioned movie theater. Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is minutes from the condo and there is even a museum housed in an actual cave. Shopping ranges from tourist stores, rock art, and antiques.

Year Purchased: 2009
We are McKay and Lois Brown. McKay grew up in southern Utah, which he says was one constant adventure. Our four children love to return time and time again to Kanab. We consider it nature's Disneyland--at a much cheaper price! Over the years, we have spent months exploring Kanab and its surrounding areas, yet we have only seen the tip of the iceberg.
