This townhome is EXCELLENT! We just completed a 3 night stay and I cannot say enough on how nice this townhome is. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. We are a family of 4 and it was nice to have individual rooms versus the hotel stays we were using earlier in our trip. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us. If you are looking for a comperable stay to the ordinary hotel, you should do yourself a favor a book a stay here.

A very nice condo! We have rented many over the years and this is one of the better ones. The floor plan is good and the place is well stocked - even plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Highly recommend it.

We are not very good planners--we tend to make our travel arrangements on very short notice. So it was with great relief that we got lucky and found this property and were able to book it so close to arrival. Our purpose for visiting Kanab was to volunteer at the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, which is nearby. It was really nice to be able to stay so close to the sanctuary--it is fewer than 10 minutes from the condo. The condo was easy to find and everything was well arranged and clean. We were impressed that there were kitchen and bath items that normally are not included in vacation rentals. For example, usually the owner or manager leaves the cheapest pots/pans and utensils from like the dollar store, but here those items were of really good quality, which is nice because it really does make it feel more like a home. There were things like a crock pot and waffle maker, which I've never seen in any other vacation rental. And there were real glass cups and porcelain mugs instead of the yukky plastic cups that you get free when you buy a drink at Taco Bell or the movie theater. The bathrooms had nice plush towels, not the typical ratty old junk towels that the manager/owner wouldn't even use themselves. There were lots of extra towels and washcloths available, too. This place truly feels like a home and not a makeshift campsite the way some rentals feel. My husband really enjoyed the BBQ on the back patio--he made himself a steak and we also put on some potatoes and had a feast. We enjoyed using the community hot tub, and we were hoping to ride bikes but we ran out of time. That is our only complaint--that time went too quickly and we had to leave before we knew it! We really appreciate the opportunity to clean up ourselves to avoid the standard cleaning fee that just about every other rental charges. There were plenty of cleaning supplies provided and the requirements were extremely reasonable. (Laundry, including towels and linens, is taken care of by housekeeping.) We had such a fantastic time. Thank you for a great experience! We hope we can visit again soon.

We brought our kids 9-24, and absolutely loved this condo and the nearby swimming pool, hot tub, and clubhouse exercise area. The parking is ample, the neighbors are friendly, the view is splendid. The owners are very responsive to inquiries, and the place is equipped as described. I'd recommend this to all my friends. This area of the country has so much to offer in outdoor recreation. I actually was able to wear out 3 of my kids and my wife so we only went to Pipe Springs National Monument on the last day. The rest of us would have considered another day in Zion National Park.

We just returned from a week in Kanab, and this condo exceeded our expectations. The owner was super-helpful, and everything in the condo worked well. My wife considered this to be the cleanest condo that we have ever stayed in, and it had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend to others and return again. Our five kids had a fantastic time at the pool and at the nearby activities. They ended up watching several of the movies from the family-friendly movie collection in the condo. There are great hiking and biking options at the mountains nearby in Kanab, as well as very convenient access to Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon North rim. It was fun to tour and volunteer at Best Friends animal sanctuary for a day.

The townhome looks exactly like it is in the pictures - even the basket is on the table. The kitchen was very easy to use and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Everything was extremely clean. On top of the actual home being exactly as what is represented, the owner is very reasonable to work with. We were able to contact the owner easily when we had questions. Our family consisted of three preteen/teen kids and two adults. The kids appreciated the wifi. We enjoyed the area immensely, and even stayed one more day than we had originally planned. If you like to hike, Kanab is the place to be!

J. and I stayed at the townhouse the middle of September 2010. Weather was great and the house was perfect and simple. Everything was as described and in great shape. Has everything you'll need. The location was great and the area is quiet. We'll definitely be back. We hiked Zion, Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks. Cedar Breaks was our favorite but we also recommend taking the shuttle into Bryce to the last stop, hiking the rim trail several miles back and have the shuttle pick you up again. A great tip we learned by accident. Recommend Escobar's and Rocking V Cafe for food. We volunteered two days at Best Friends. I had high expectations and they were exceeded. The place is professional and well run. If this type of thing is on your radar you'll love it. We almost adopted a pit bull from the Katrina hurricane but he now has a new home in Manhattan, New York. His already eventful life continues... I flew us into KNB airport and rented a car from Xpress Car Rental. Both we're painless with easy access. Xpress picked us up at the airport and allowed us drop off the car at the airport. Their office is 60 seconds from the airport.

Thanks so much McKay and Lois. The condo was lovely and in perfect condition. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, and everything was provided to make our vacation comfortable and worry free. We enjoyed some time in the pool and also spent time at the park (which is within very short walking distance), as well as went for a fun early morning hike in the red cliffs right out the front door. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and will stay again. Thanks so much for providing a great vacation place.

We were fortunate to be able to keep our reservation, because Kanab experienced terrible flooding and torrential rains the weekend before our trip. Lois was quick to notify us and even quicker in organizing the cleanup and new carpeting. We were well taken care of. Lois was quick to answer all of my questions and the property was clean and nice (which means there is a long list of checkout assignments)! Our grandkids loved swimming in the pool!!

Our family stayed at this condo in July and we liked everything about it! It is super clean, has all the amenities and we would definitely recommend this property to our friends. We did many day trips to Lake Powell, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area of Kanab. The owner gave us very good information about activities and attractions and was very helpful answering all of our questions. We can't wait to come back some day.

This was a great experience and the photos/description of the property are exactly what you get - clean, well maintained, and attractive. This is a perfect setup for families. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and a grocery store is just a mile down the road. We took in the sites at Zion National Park, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and Bryce Canyon as well as local scenery at Kanab Canyon/Angel Canyon/Best Friends. We stayed 5 nights and easily could have done a couple more. If you get a chance, try to take in movie at the Crescent Moon Theater - $1 drinks and popcorn - its a fun experience. Lois was extremely easy to work with and the deposit refund was credited before we got home. Beautiful area. Thank you for a great memories!

Condo was a great home base for hitting the National Parks in the area. Had all the essentials to save you those dollars that you spend staying in a hotel. Cooking utensils, BBQ, full kitchen and laundry area. Thanks for the great accomodations!
