Casa Vista Bonita is a charming, oceanfront, duplex with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms each featuring incredible views of the Bay of Banderas. Arched brick ceilings and exposed brick walls in the upper unit create an airy feel. The living room has sliding doors that open to the terrace catching lovely tropical breezes and looks directly out to the pool, beach and ocean. The walled yard with a sparkling cobalt pool, barbeque, parking and garden areas leads to the beach where there is a fenced lawn and garden where you can put Casa Vista Bonita's umbrella and lounge chairs. Enjoy this area also for sipping your morning coffee and tropical drinks at sunset or take the few stairs to the beach for a swim! It is the perfect place to sunbathe and watch the waves, pelicans, dolphins and whales.
Casa Vista Bonita is located near the center of Bucerias and an easy walk to the best restaurants, galleries, and shops. The seven mile white sand beach is great for walking, and the gentle surf is very safe for wading and swimming.
We have extensively remodeled the upper unit, adding an additional bedroom and bath, laundry and a large view terrace. The lower unit is now complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry and a large terrace. The lower unit can be seen on at...homeaway... number 252030. Both units are designed for optimum privacy. In addition we have incorporated air conditioning in all bedrooms, a barbeque area and a beautiful cobalt blue pool with a child friendly section! We stayed at the condo one week this June and loved it. The condo if fully equipped including Wi-Fi and Satellite TV (with a huge range of Canadian and American channels). The AC in the bedrooms worked perfect and was necessary in June for sleeping. The beds in Mexico can be brutal, but the ones in the condo are really comfortable. The upper deck, pool and grounds are immaculately kept. Dealing with Barb was so easy and she takes MC and Visa which simplifies paying deposits and final payments. The only downside to this condo is it’s so popular you have to book far in advance!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

I have stayed at the Casa twice now, both times before the remodel and loved it. Can't wait to visit the remodeled version because the place was wonderful before, truly the ideal vacation spot. Beautiful, peaceful and romantic, if that is what you want, while located in a “happening” quaint little town, which has everything to offer. Great activities, restaurants and shopping all just steps outside your door. The location is ideal, close to everything while at the same time offering that remote feeling of being on one's own island. The views and the sunsets are breathtaking. The home is well cared for with nice attention to details.

I and my husband had a most wonderful time at your casa in May 2004. It was clean, on the water, no pool at that time, but the price reflected that. I and my husband have certainly considered doing it again. I can most certainly say that it was the most wonderful trip of my life. Easy to contact the owners or attendants. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beauitful units on the beach! We had so much fun and the units are gorgeous! Very Clean, located close to the town and right accross from the beach! The beach was great for the boys in the mornings and then in the afternoon it was perfect for the kite boarders! The pool has a great shallow area for the younger boys and a deep area to dive if you wish! We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the upper terrace as the views are amazing! We look forward to coming back every year!

This past January was our first stay at Casa Vista Bonita and we certainly don't plan for it to be our last. In fact, I sent the owners an e-mail, while we were still there, requesting our dates for January, 2006. The location is perfect--beachfront and within walking distance to everything. You can tell it is someone's home--not just a rental. It is comfortable and inviting. We spent most of our week sitting on the balcony, enjoying the wonderful weather, the ocean and neighborhood life. Thanks again, Barb and Bill.
