Completely renovated summer cottage for rent in desirable Reydon Shores community in Southold, Long Island, New York.
Book now for the fall!
2 Bedroom plus loft and porch will sleep 5 comfortably. One full and one half bathroom plus private outside shower. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Fenced in yard with bocce court, outdoor shower and lawn to play. Garage with recreational gear, exercise bike, washer/dryer, dishwasher, compactor. Towels and bed linens will be provided.
Short walk to the private bay beach and marina.
Enjoy the lovely towns of Southold and Greenport- boating, kayaking, fishing and more,
Explore the local wineries - over 60 wineries within a short drive for tasting and touring. Shop the local farms for fresh grown Long Island produce and flowers.
Take the short ferry rides to the South Fork and visit the Hamptons.
Only a 10 minute ride from the Cross Sound Ferry dock in Orient Point.
Rental period is: Check In - Friday at 4pm, Check Out - Friday 10am
Rental Fees:
Only Weekends available in the Fall only- $250 per night/3 night minimum
Summer 2012 weekly rate (Memorial Day to Labor Day) - $1600 per week, discount available on 2 or more consecutive weeks
Fall (Labor Day-Thanksgiving) weeks available for $1200
$750 security deposit and $800 (half of total rental fee) required at the time of reservation with the receipt of the signed lease/$800 balance due upon arrival
Security deposit will be returned within two weeks- upon satisfactory inspection of house upon your departure.
