2 Bedroom plus loft and porch will sleep 5-7 comfortably. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Fenced in yard with bocce court, outdoor shower and lawn to play. Garage with recreational gear, exercise equipment and washer/dryer. Towels and bed linens will be provided

Explore the local wineries - over 60 wineries within a short drive for tasting and touring. Shop the local farms for fresh grown Long Island produce and flowers.

Only a 10 minute ride from the Cross Sound Ferry dock in Orient Point.
Rental period is: Check In - Friday at 4pm, Check Out - Friday 10am
Only Weekends may be available upon request - $250 per night/3 night minimum
$675 security deposit and $675 (half of total rental fee) required at the time of reservation with the receipt of the signed lease/$675 balance due upon arrival
Security deposit will be returned within two weeks- upon satisfactory inspection of house upon your departure.

It is a great location...convenient vacation spot since I live in Boston and grew up on LI. Lots of great agricultural aspects - farms and vineyards. Lots of activity if you want...and lots of peace and quiet too!

Thanks for a great weekend! The house is beautiful...we loved being so close to the great beach. Our bocce game has really improved. We look forward to renting next summer.
