We know that you will enjoy our beautiful vacation home in Park City! The Fox Point at Redstone Community is the perfect place to stay during your visit to Park City, Utah. This beautiful Fox Point resort condo is located within the Fox Point at Redstone Community, which sits adjacent to the new, artistic and tastefully designed Redstone Towne Center.
LOCATION
With sculptures, fountains, and stone-lined streets, Redstone is recognized as the newer side of Park City, Utah. In a minutes stroll from the front door of our home, you are in the heart of Redstone Towne Center with its fabulous shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and outdoor venues. We are minutes from all 3 Park City Ski area’s and we are a brief walk to local vendors where equipment can be rented and where a convenient shuttle can take you to and from these resorts or Park City’s Historic District. Snow activity has never been this beautiful or easy.
This home also borders the 1,110 acre Swaner Nature Preserve. Lined with walking trails, it is a perfect place to observe the beauty of Park City.
WHAT MAKES THIS PLACE SO SPECIAL- SPECTACULAR VIEWS
The views from the balcony of our vacation home or looking out from our large, open windows are THE MOST UNIQUE AND AMAZING in all of Fox Point as our condo sits on a corner which provides an unobstructed view of SPECTACULAR MOUNTAIN RANGES (covered with golden, reds and oranges from Aspen trees in the fall and snowy peaks during the winter), views of Olympic Village which is quite a sight as it’s lit up at night, and is one of a few units to sit aside a community park (convenient for gathering or watching your children engage in snow play while you are cozy and fireside). AGAIN, as this unit’s location is unique, you will not find yourself relaxing and looking out at this unobstructed view in other Fox Point units.
***As a new development, this home perfectly captures a feeling of cabin-like class with slab granite countertops, knotty alder cabinetry and trim throughout, slate flooring and fireplace, and amazing photography from world-renowned artists to accent the living spaces.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS

The master bedroom features a full-size stand up shower, a huge double vanity, and a spa-jetted tub (perfect to unwind with a book after a full day of activity).
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a side-by-side refrigerator equipped with water and ice, dishwasher, oven with smooth top range and built in microwave. The kitchen also features a coffee maker and toaster and is packed with all the cooking items you will need to create a delicious family meal in the mountains of Park City! Then again, if cooking is not in your plans, simply stroll together to Redstone where you can enjoy a variety of dining options and finish up with a movie if you’d like.

The living room offers a Queen sleeper Sofa which makes watching a DVD together comfortable and priceless family entertainment.

Why the Owner Chose Fox Point at Redstone
When we decided to find a home in Park City, it did not take us long to choose a place in Foxpoint. As one of the first owners to purchase in Foxpoint, we had the opportunity to select the best location. We sit on a corner that borders a park which allows us to gather and enjoy the park and which also gives us an unobstructed view of all of the surrounding mountains. We love the new and quaint Redstone development within one minute from our front door. It is a perfect place to grab a shuttle to our favorite ski resort, Canyons, across the street or to head to either of the other three resorts within 3 miles of our home. We love strolling into Redstone for all types of eating...either the brewery to meet up with friends or to grab a nice, quiet meal together. I never tire of cruising the shops and love all of the fountains and artwork in Redstone. When we stay for weeks at a time, we love to eat in and cook with our friends and family and the market is also a convenient walk or short drive from our front door. As well, we can be picked up for sleigh rides, fishing trips, or snow-mobile adventures right from our home. Within a minutes walk our out of town guests can rent their ski equipment from vendors in Redstone and can avoid dealing with rentals at the local ski resorts. I know that this sounds as though I am going on and on, but we truly love our home here and love it when others are able to experience ALL of the uniqueness of this Park City area.

My husband and I grew up on the Northern California coast and absolutely love snowboarding, skiing, and the outdoors. My husband had briefly relocated to Utah for work and it was at that time that we both discovered and fell in love with Park City, Utah and all of it’s natural beauty, unique snow, and endless outdoor activities. Although we were used to the snow on the Sierra Mountains, we had no idea how amazing snow could be until we started hitting the slopes of Park City. We decided to purchase our mountain condo away from home and have found it the perfect getaway with our friends and family members. From the snow on the mountains, the nearby hiking and fishing, and the peaceful moments we capture looking out from our balcony…it fills us up like no other. We hope that you will enjoy all of Park City’s unique characteristics and you will find it a place to seek out new, and exciting experiences again and again.
