We have been traveling to Florida for many years and visited Pine Island several years ago and fell in love with Matlacha! We love all the old Florida feel Matlacha offers and being close to the mainland is a plus as well. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet are in Matlacha!

Great location... you can get to the Keys in 4 hours, the Everglades in about 2, so much to see and do in this wonderful location!
The Unique Benefits of this House
short walk uptown and to shops and restaurants. Great kayaking and fishing. Wildlife is abundant. Many amenties are so close to Matlacha... fitness center is 4 miles away, Captiva and Sanibel are 30 minutes away.. great beaches there!
