Unique, charming condo right across the street from the long sandy beaches of Manzanillo Bay, in the Las Brisas section of Manzanillo, Mexico. You can walk for miles along the sandy beach, or snorkel close to the getty. There is plenty of activities both day and night in Manzanillo.
Your condo is close to the main boulevard where there are great restaurants and small shops. The bus line and taxi's are two doors away from your condo.
Delightful interior patio equipped with barbecue and tables for outdoor dining....or just for relaxing with a cool drink and a book.
The condo is newly renovated in a picturesque, authentic Mexican style. There are only 4 units to the complex.
Condo is completely furnished and all material needs are provided: stove; fridge; washer/dryer; internet; 50-inch TV with cable; all dishes, sheets, bedding, etc.
Near Olympic size "Las Brisas del Mar" swimming pool is available free of charge to our guests and is located a half block from the complex.
All you need to bring is your suitcase; Then, you can sit down beside the classic fountain in the patio and sip a Margarita.
N.B.: Small pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance if you are planning to bring your pet.

Why the Owner Chose Manzanillo
Manzanillo has got to be the most beautiful of the Mexican Beach towns. It has one of the longest and most gorgeous beaches in all Mexico. (I haven't measured, but it is surely 7 - 10 kilometers from one end to the other.)
Swimming, diving, boating, fishing - all the popular water sports can be found here. Our house has An incredible location right across the street from the beach. It is a handsome bungalow/apartment tastefully renovated in the Mexican style.

I am a professor (French Literature) at a College in Canada. Last year, I bought an apartment across the street from the beach in the Las Brisas section of Manzanillo, Mexico. One day, this will be my retirement home, but in the meantime, I am renting it.
