Located in the San Juan River Resort community, the house features beautiful mountain views and is an easy 18 mile drive to the Wolf Creek ski area. It sleeps 13, and seats 16 for meals. The layout is perfect for one family or two. The main level has a master king bedroom with a full private bath. There is also a Queen bedroom with a single bed sleeping loft. Across the hall is a full bath with a tub. The living room has leather couches, a wood burning stone fireplace, and a high definition TV. It opens into the fully equipped kitchen, with butcher block counters and island, and a large dining table. Sliding glass doors access the large deck from the master bedroom, living room, and dining area. There are three additional bedrooms downstairs on the ground level. One has two twin beds. The second has a king bed, and the third a king bed and two singles. Both of these have sliding glass doors to a patio. A full bath services this area. There is also a living area with TV, video games, refrigerator and microwave, which make it a great hang out area for kids of all ages. Original art work and antiques can be enjoyed throughout the house. All beds have luxury cotton linens and down comforters. There are two driveways for easy parking , and WiFi access is available.
With the hot springs, shopping and restaurants five miles away, Millbrae Lodge makes it easy to enjoy everything Pagosa Springs has to offer.
