Our three bedroom and two bedroom home is sure to offer you the comforts of home combined with luxury. The backyard is designed for enjoying the Arizona weather on the large covered patio. Equipped with a gas grill and large table with six chair it is perfect for a barbecue. We also added a brand new hot tub that seats six. The view from the backyard and through the patio door shows off the beautiful and breathtaking Arizona sunsets.
The interior is warm and comfortable, decorated with a sophisticated traditional style. Relax in the living room on the down couch in front of the 65" screen TV. Why the Owner Chose Chandler
We absolutely love the Ocotillo area. This house is located approximately one mile from the Ocotillo Golf Course and steps away from the four mile loop around the course perfect for walking, running, biking, or roller blading. It is also located a few miles from a variety of shops and restaurants or Chandler Fashion Square. This home is just a few minutes from access to San Tan 202, I10, or 101.
