La Concha is a small 8 unit building located in the exclusive and private beach community of Belleair Beach. You will feel right at home in the completely remodeled beach front condo. This condo is located on the ground floor of a small 2 story building. When you walk out the patio doors you will be just steps to the sparking white sand and crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art, new appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The bedrooms offer a tranquil and inviting atmosphere with custom bedding and accessories. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom hosts a custom twin trundle bed with a pull out trundle that "pops" up to create a king bed or it can be used as two twin beds. Each bedroom also has its own TV and DVD player. The living room is truly a place of comfortable luxury with a leather sectional sofa and a big screen TV.
