Kitchen has black cabinets with desk area, stainless steel side by side refrigerator w/ice maker, 4 burner flat top stove with warming area and stainless steel range hood, built in microwave/range.
Double stainless steel sink with Kohler faucets, granite counter tops. Knockdown ceilings/walls throughout, canned lights throughout. Berber carpet in master bedroom, other two bedrooms are also carpeted. Ceramic tile throughout. Large dining/living room combo with crown molding.

Why the Owner Chose North Redington Beach
I like the quiteness of the area. The sand is clean and soft and the gulf water is great. Sitting at the pool that is adjacent to the beach is fantastic.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Because there are only 12 units it is very uncrowded. I can walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. As well as a number of beach front establishments for a drink. Try Mango's next door in the Doubletree Hotel for a relaxing sunset cocktail. Great week-end breakfast buffet.
