Great location half a block from the Silverstar lift. We are in the group of Payday condos located closest to the lift. If you are a cross country skier, the unit backs up to and overlooks the White Pine Touring Cross-country course. We are also across the street from great snowshoeing trails. If you wish to ski elsewhere in the valley, the free shuttle stops right in front of the parking lot. If you have a car, there is free parking directly in front of the unit.
The gold-rated unit recently underwent a complete renovation with all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and vaulted paneled ceilings. Kitchen has an Island that seats four and a table that seats eight. We have great views of the mountains and golf course; our hot tub is well situated and very private. Eight sleep comfortably here. There are two master suites, one of which is on the main floor. The upstairs loft is enclosed and has a twin trundle bed. The fourth BR has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom. We just installed THREE new flat screen TVs.
Renters have temporary membership at Club Lespri. This is a premium private club, fitness facility and spa. The front desk there will help you with your check-in from 8am to midnight. There is a concierge at your disposal as needed. She will even stock your unit with food and spirits for a small fee. Club Lespri offers fine dining, personal trainers and even guest rooms, which are only available to members.
Summer season here is amazing. The unit is mountainside and a trail head is just across the street giving you access to over 300 miles of some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in North America. We are situated on the Park City Municipal Golf Course. The deck out back overlooks the 14th fairway and a stand of Aspen and Willow trees. A perfect spot.

Why the Owner Chose Payday
We live in the woods in Illinois, but must rely on our cars to do anything there. Here, we have the same open feeling, but we really don't need our cars. We walk everywhere -- to the ski lift, to restaurants, to the base of the mountain. World-class cross country skiing, mountain biking, and hiking are just out our door. What a pleasure!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We wanted convenience -- we don't have to truck up flights of stairs to bring in groceries or take our boots off and store our skis. Our home is more horizontal than many ski homes: the mudroom, laundry, kitchen, dining room, family room, and a bedroom are all on the main floor. At this price, it's rare to get this much space just steps from a lift. It's great!

We hail from Illinois. It's flat. But we have lots of family there, so it's home. From the moment we saw our first hills, we wished for a home away from home in the mountains. And that's exactly what we've created here in Park City. We skied the Park City area for almost 15 years before we purchased our home. We visited many ski resorts but always returned here. It's gorgeous. It offers a variety of skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. It's got great restaurants and every convenience. We've discovered that summers here are almost better than winters. We're avid hikers and bikers, and in this location, we're certain to become avid golfers as well!
