This classic Lido Isle home is perfectly situated in an exclusive community that offers resort living at its best. Our 4 BR/2 BA home, has all the modern comforts you would expect in a luxury beach house; bosche washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, classic/modern decor, plasma TVs and much more. The bay beach, which offers snack bar, boat dock and kids slide, is only a couple blocks from the house and the ocean is a brisk walk or bike ride away (1.3 miles).
We have bikes, surf boards, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards and other beach toys for your use. This is great place for kids as well, as the area is totally kid friendly. Please know that once on Lido Isle you can still drive off to all the local shopping and not be locked in grid lock traffic, as our location is well situated to pacific coast highway (this is not the case a few blocks down on the peninsula). However, once you are here, you don't need your car as you can walk to dining, bars, the beach and all that Newport Beach has to offer.
The 101st annual Christmas boat parade is Dec. 16ht-20th. We are one block from the bay to watch this magical tradition. Spend your holiday on Lido in a wonderful and spacious home!
