Perhaps, start your day out with a morning swim in the heated outdoor pool or enjoy a sky full of stars while sitting in your own spa. A day of golf on the 27 hole Indian Palms Golf and Country Club golf course using your own air conditioned 4 seater golf cart with a cooler full of cold drinks, or go for a lighthearted game of tennis, day or night, in the lighted tennis court. . There is also free access to a new state of the art fitness facility with exercise machines and free weights, as well as organized fitness classes for those who want to work out. Need to work on your swing? Enjoy the putting greens and driving range at your leisure. Why the Owner Chose Indian Palms
We purchased this vacation property because of the year round sunshine. It is always sunny and warm and rarely rains. The grass is pristinely green and groomed and the house is located in a safe gated golf course community. We sit facing south onto a huge green space with a beautiful flowing pond with fountains and flowers. There is never a worry about being hit with a golf ball. Lastly, this particular house is in a very quiet location. There are only a few full timers and they are all very quiet. It is difficult not to relax in this little piece of paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This particular home has a heated outdoor pool with a spiral slide and a spa. As well, there are two touring bicycles to enjoy riding through the gated community or the many bicycle trails throughout the neighbouring La Quinta. Also, there is a 4 seater golf cart with air-conditioning to use on the 27 hole golf course in the Indian Palms Golf and Country Club. The house is professionally decorated and very warm with every amenity to make it a very comfortable home away from home.

Me and my husband cherish this little piece of paradise. It is always sunny and exceptionally quiet. When we are not relaxing by the pool or sitting in the spa, we enjoy watching our children slide down the waterslide and play for hours in the heated pool. In the evenings, we enjoy quiet bicycle rides through our gated community or playing a game of tennis in the lighted tennis courts. When the spirit hits us, there is tons of shopping and entertainment close by. With Disneyland and SeaWorld 2-3 hours away, we can do a daytrip and still get home for a late night swim.

We spent 5 weeks at this lovely home and found it was perfect for our family of 4 plus visiting family and friends. The home is well laid out and set up for entertaining and larger groups, even had playpen and high chair. Backyard was a paradise with the pool and spa and warm south facing yard. Backing on a beautiful green space where our son could play and feed the ducks was a bonus as well. Our rental experience was easy and smooth and don't have a single complaint about the property - would certainly recommend it!

We stayed here for two weeks in October 2010. The home was very well furnished, clean and comfortable. Nice green space behind the home which ensures you are not looking into neighbours backyard. About 5-10 minutes to La Quinta and nice shopping. Nice to have an east/south and west exposure from the backyard pool area. Thank you Dave and Gina for allowing people into your home.

Nov. 29th - Dec. 6th, 2009 We shared this accommodation with friends & found it very spacious. It is a beautifully decorated,comfortable, quiet home with all the modern ameneties. Having use of their golfcart & bikes was a real bonus! We also appreciated staying in a Gated Community. The location is central to fantastic golfcourses, shopping & restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend this listing to anyone! THANK YOU Dave & Gina for sharing your 'home away from home' with us! :)

We stayed at this luxurious home for one week middle of Sept 09 when the temperatures were averaging 106F. We are avid golfers so golfed every day very early in the morning and then came back to relax in the beautiful pool all afternoon. We loved the pool and spa was wonderful at night to watch the stars. Lots of hummingbirds came to the flowers around the pool, much to our delight. The house was spotlessly clean, cool, and beautifully decorated...we felt so comfortable here and didn't want to leave. We found the people at the golf course club house very friendly and the staff were so easy to talk to and made us feel very welcome. We loved it here and can't wait to go back. Golf prices were incredible at this time of year.
