Centrally located for access to multiple public and private golf courses. Close proximity to spring training baseball. You are surrounded on all sides by activities but there are lots of activities available at home. Relax in the back yard pool and spa, enjoy a quiet evening on the swing, have a BBQ out back, watch a movie on a new 54inch plasma wide screen HD TV, or visit the community park that is within walking distance.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home, but if eating out sounds like a better idea, there are to many restaurants to mention here(all within a couple of miles of the house). Everything from fast food to fine dining is at your disposal.
