Just minutes from the airport, four main highways (I-10, 101, 202 & the 60) and many Corporate sites including Intel, Honeywell, Motorola, etc.
Centrally located for access to multiple public and private golf courses. Close proximity to spring training baseball. You are surrounded on all sides by activities but there are lots of activities available at home. Relax in the back yard pool and spa, enjoy a quiet evening on the swing, have a BBQ out back, watch a movie on a 54inch plasma wide screen HD TV with new burgundy leather reclining home theater seating couch/loveseat/chair, or visit the community park that is within walking distance.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home, but if eating out sounds like a better idea, there are too many restaurants to mention here(all within a couple of miles of the house). Everything from fast food to fine dining is at your disposal.

Fantastic house and pool! We stayed here for the BCS Championship Game (War Eagle!) and found it just as advertised. The owner is local and easy to work with. The house is well stocked and has all you need for a long stay. We were 2 couples and 4 late teen boys and the house was just right. We plan to stay here again for the 2015 BCS Championship Game.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family stayed here over spring break and found it to be really nice, clean, well kept, good neighborhood. Being from Montana, the pool and back yard were just what we were looking forward to and the weather was perfect. The owner was very helpful and checked to make sure we were not in need of anything. The beds and linens were great and supplies and amenities were great! We would recommend this property!
