We stayed just three nights and wish it could have been longer. We spent most of our time in the heated pool, where the water temp was perfect and it backed up to a quiet, lovely conservation area. There is a pool fence and a pool alarm on the back door, which parents with small kids will appreciate. The home itself is very nicely furnished and was exceptionally clean. The bedrooms are quite large - one on the main floor and four on the second floor. I think all the second floor rooms had their own bathroom. We only used two of the bedrooms but if you had a full house I'd think you would still have plenty of privacy. We had a toddler with us and appreciated that there was a booster seat in the pantry; we also found a pack 'n play in one of the bedroom closets. The location was great. We were about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom (the only park we visited) and a short drive from the main building within Reunion where we had a very nice dinner at Eleven. It's on the 11th floor and had beautiful views and we had a very good grouper dinner. There is a Publix supermarket and a liquor store in the strip mall across the street from the main entrance to Reunion. The owner Duane was wonderful to work with and always very quick to answer my many questions. I've already recommended this place to others and would absolutely return.

This house is absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not do the house justice for how beautiful this house was! We stayed here for 7 days with a group of 5 adults and 2 toddler children. The house is spacious but still has a cozy feel. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and then come together for family time. Upon arrival, the house was spotless and clean and each bed had a lovely swan shaped towel on the bed. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels/washclothes available for everyone with plenty to spare. The pool and deck (with BBQ grill) were welcome retreats after a long day spent at the parks. The location of the house could not have been better. This house is not even 5 minutes from the parkway and only a 10 minute ride to the Disney parks. There is a Publix supermarket, CVS pharmacy with Minute Clinic (if you need it), 7-11 store and gas station all across the street from the development. Local dining, such as Chili's, is just a few minutes away. We needed to rent bed rails for our two toddlers and the owner, Dwayne, went out of his way to have them ready for us upon arrival. Any question we had prior to arrival, the owner was quick to answer. I highly recommend staying on this property. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and plenty of space. Stayed with a few golf buddies, the house owner also has golf rights to reunion, which not all homeowners have. Would recommend

We stayed at Newfound Estate in February 2012. Our party included 4 adults and 3 children. The home exceeded our expectations in many ways. The house is located in a very quiet and uncrowded neighborhood. The rooms are clean, spacious, and each have their own private bathroom. The pool and spa in an enclosed screen porch are definetly a relaxing ammenity. The brand new Bar-B-Q grill andmodern kitchen were put to good use. We would highly recommend this home for familes looking to stay at a house together.

Stayed 12/26/11 through 01/02/12. Two families, four adults and three children ages 20-25. This was a "reunion" in more than one way as we were getting together following a number of previous trips to Orlando from the time our children were toddlers. This was by far the best accomodations we have ever had. The house is very spacious with all of the amenities anyone could ask for. It is very secure and close to the highway for easy access to the parks and malls. The home's pool is a terrific spot to unwind and everyone enjoyed Reunion's water park as well. My son and I had a special New Year's Eve day golfing on a very-well designed Watson course, one of three available within minutes of the house and within the gated community. Duane repsonded within minutes of any email sent and obviously cares that you thoroughly enjoy your time at the property. As well, the people at Reunion were always pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint: the stay was not long enough. This is, without any doubt whatsoever, the place we will stay on our next trip to Orlando.

Stayed here in Nov 2011....property comes as advertised....clean and very well maintained....owner is very responsive to emails. Every bedroom has an ensuite and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses and cutlery. I would stay here again and would have no problem recommending the villa to a friend or relative

We just returned from a 7-day stay at this house, and it was perfect. We had 8 adults and two children and there was plenty of space for all. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, plus an additional bathroom out at the pool, which was great to use in the afternoon to unwind. The house is very clean and open & airy and has a nice 2nd floor balcony w/ one of the bedrooms. It's also just a quick drive to Disney - the house is located close to the highway for easy access. Highly recommended! Staying here was so much easier and more enjoyable than staying in a hotel room! Duane is very helpful and gets back to you with concerns asap.

Our 2 families stayed at this property on August 4th to 12 and we had a total number of 10 people with lots of space to play around. It really felt like home away from home. The kids loved the Pool, the games, and the community. We enjoyed the Reunion Water Park as well. The decoration in the house was simple and classy. We walked in and really had a wonderful time. The owner is very responsive and the property managment company was always on stand by for assistance although we did not really need anything. The distance to Walt Disney was about 12 minutes. Grocery store Publix and shopping center with resturants and Mac Donalds were just across the gate. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking to have a private, quality family time in Orlando Area. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful time at Newfound Estate! The home is in immaculate condition and is beautifully furnished. The main floor layout is perfect for a large group because it is completely open and has ample seating, and the upstairs bedrooms are spacious. Everything was clean and in working order. We were pleasantly surprised by the large supply of beach towels for use when swimming in the private pool or hot tub. Duane was a pleasure to work with. He responded to my many emails quickly (sometimes in only a few minutes!) and even allowed us an early check-in since we were arriving early from an all-night drive. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was great -- enormous and immaculate. We stayed (2 adults and 2 children) with another family (2 adults and 2 children) -- and there was room to spare. Clearly the owner takes pride in the property and the furnishings were luxurious and in fantastic condition. For those visiting Disney, the location is ideal. Took us 12 minutes each way. And we got back in time to enjoy the Reunion pool... We would highly recommend this property to anybody heading down to Orlando -- and look forward to staying there on our next visit!

Our family and friends had a wonderful stay in this 5-star home! Duane's home had beautiful furnishings, a great kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out and relax after spending the day at Disney World - a short 15 minute drive. The kids loved the pool, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! This home is as good as the ad sounds and the management team of Hazel and Steve were extremely responsive and eager to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I recommend this home to anyone wanting to go to Disney, but desiring great amenities, space, and a place to relax.

We just got back from a stay at the Newfound Estate and we loved it. The house looked just like the photo's and the upstairs is huge. The home is quiet and the pool is wonderful. The owner is awesome to work with and he is very professional. Don't hesitate reserving this beautiful home for your next Orlando Vacation.

The house was as beautiful as it looks on the website. Everything was great. The two master bedrooms on the 2nd floor were both huge, with very large bathrooms, on opposite sides of the house, so it was great for two families. All the decorations and interior design were top notch. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the water park in the resort was fantastic for kids (it helped that they had a bar there for the adults). If you play golf, you have to play the Independence course at Reunion. We've played many courses in Florida and this was one of our all time favorites. So paying the small nominal fee (total of $50) for the use of the facilities is worth it. All dealings with the owner were easy and helpful. We had a great time here.

The Newfound Estate is just that...an estate! It is a luxurious home that is beautifully decorated with an at home feeling. It was luxiourious, yet comfortable. It was emaculate upon arrival -- beautiful presentation from the moment we entered the home. We had two families with 4 children staying and no one was ever disappointed. The home pool is lovely and backs to an open wilderness reservation; while the Reunion pools and waterparks are fantastic and not remotely crowded. We had nothing bad to say about this home. The next time we return to Florida, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

It was our first time renting a home for our family vacation and Duanes home had everything that we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Duane answered all of our questions regarding the home quickly and the booking process was simple. The location of the home was close to many attractions (i.e Disney, shopping, and golfing). The home was clean, and very well maintained, and suited all of our needs perfectly. We defintiely will keep this home in mind the next time we vacation in Orlando.

We are frequent visitors to Orlando (and surrounding areas). We have rented other homes and Duane's home is by far the best home we have stayed at. The photos don't do the house justice!! It's spacious, clean and very well cared for!! The owner was so easy to work with. Duane was helpful and responsive through out the entire process. The location is ideal close to gas stations, grocery stores, pharmacies and such. I would highly recommend this house to my friends and family for their next visit!! My brother in law (who was with us during our most recent stay) is already talking about renting this house again in the fall!

We spent a wonderful vacation with another family and grandparents at Newfound Estate during the first week of February. The home was much larger than anticipated, with two master suites, plenty of lounging areas and gorgeous decor throughout. With 4 young children, the proximity to Disney couldn't be beat - we went to a park nearly every day. The days we didn't we spent in Reunion walking around the facilities and in the pool and hot tub at the house. The shallow end of the pool was also perfect for kids to play safely. The only drawback was the lack of internet connectivity on site, several of us had a "working vacation" and had to make trips to the local WiFi at Dunkin Donuts. Other than the work access, the vacation was amazing and we'd wouldn't hesitate to return. The owners were simply wonderful and have obviously taken great care to really think of what it takes to make their house a home away from home for their guests.

Great place! Perfect for our foursome down for an annual golf outing as we all had our own en suite bedroom. (A large family/multiple families would find accomodations to be very nice as well) Location is ideal as house is within 10-20 minutes of many nice courses, including the Reunion courses which are on-site. We played Celebration, Falcon's Fire and Southern Dunes. Nice relaxing pool/hot tub and very nice big screen LCD TV/Blue Ray DVD setup in living room to enjoy at end of the day. Also, can't beat the well equipped kitchen for a stay like this one. Can save a lot of money by eating in. We have rented several houses in the Orlando area over the years and this one is the best one we have stayed at to this point. Owner of the house were very easy to deal with during booking process.
