  First time to visit Fort Walton-Destin area and it is wonderful. The view from the condo is amazing, we loved watching the dolphins swim along the beach in the mornings.The pictures do not do justice to the view of the beach and white sand. The condo was clean and comfortable, and Grady was very helpful and personally worked on the internet connection when we had a problem. Five star service and location. Thank you Grady!!! We will be back.

  My family and I recently stayed at this Beautiful condo and had an AMAZING time!! We are repeat Guest with Grady and Dottie; and we cannot wait to go again next year! The dolphins put on a show for us everyday, the weather was great, the water was crystal clear!! This condo had everything all the way down to sand toys!! The condo complex is beautiful and right on the beach. The Gulf views from our balcony were beautiful and the view of the bay is right out your back door!! Destin and Fort Walton are literally minutes away!!! This area is quiet with low rise condo units and just simply beautiful. My family enjoyed fishing and the sea life you can see from the fishing pier that is within a mile of the unit!! WOW, Sea Turtles, Rays, Dolphins!! We love McGuires Irish Restaraunt and will make this a tradition for us to visit as well!! I cannot say enough about how much Grady takes such great care of his guests. He answered all my questions prior to our stay and made sure we were well equipped to just show up and enjoy the rest of our vacation. Our family will continue to be repeat guests with Grady and Dottie!! Thank you Grady for helping to make our family vacation all that it turned out to be!!!

  Hi our vacation was wonderful unit 616 was wonderful, beautiful and had everything we needed.There were great restaurants near by, The property was clean and well maintained, the photos of the unit are beautiful but not as beautiful as being there.Can not wait to go again!

  We LOVED this beautiful condo! It was way more than we expected, and SUPER clean. View was awesome, and the closet full of beach stuff was a major plus!!! The pools were very clean and HUGE! It is a perfect, quite place to take your family.

  This condo was amazing. It is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The bunk room was larger than i was expecting and my son loved playing the playstation games. We didn't use the condo's boogie boards, sand toys etc., because we brought our own but there were plenty there in a closet. The view from the balcony was amazing!!! Nathan, the young man that set up our unbrella every day was very helpful! For the price i paid, i got a steal!!!

  The pictures do not really show, how beautiful the apartment is. It is part of a very well maintained condominium with a small garden, a barbecue place and a pool area. The apartment is perfectly and very comfortable furnished. You will find everything from a sharp knife to a corkskrew. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the dolphins swim around. We also enjoyed a walk on the beach . This is the perfect place to relax. The owner was very helpful in answering and kind. Dear Grady, thank you very much for our perfect holiday. We will recommend this condo to our friends !!!

  We stayed the last week of July 2011. We have been coming to Okaloosa Island for over 10 years and have stayed at eight different condos. We were all in agreement that this is the nicest condo we've ever stayed in and we've definately decided that Water's Edge is where we will be staying from now on. Everything was just perfect. My daughter forgot their beach towels so she was surprised and thrilled to find some available to use. We loved the balconey, we spent almost as much time there as on the beach. The sea weed was awful, but our spirits couldn't be dampened. We will definately stay again and recommend this condo to our friends and family.

  We really enjoyed our stay in August. Not a spec of oil on the beach or in the water. Everything was beautiful and the codo was spacious and decorated with a cute tropical decor. We appreciated the well furnished kitchen, washer/dryer and huge master bath. We especially enjoyed the large walk-in closet in the master suite to stash all our assorted beach paraphernalia, and the high table on the balcony for dolphin watching during breakfast. Our grandson was too young to enjoy the play station 2, but I'm sure this would be wonderful for older kids. I almost forgot, the furnished chairs and umbrella on the beach were a real bonus as well. I will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and plan to return in the future.
