Second floor condo with fantastic ocean view. Quick walk to the beautiful wide beach. The water is clean and clear and gets deep gradually, so it is great for children and adults alike. Ocean Harbour South has a beautiful large pool also.
The condo has been recently remodeled, including completely new modern kitchen with Corian counter-tops. There are New tile floors and new carpeting though-out.
Ocean Harbour South has a newly completed modern club house. The pool area has recently been refurbished. Also, there is an area for grilling outside near the pool.
The people who reside full time or who winter there are very friendly. There are all kinds of activities and social gatherings. For example: Golf, bowling, bridge, sight-seeing trips, etc.
The location is close to both Ft. Pierce and Vero Beach. Golf courses, shopping, great restaurants, theaters, museums and churches are all close by.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Both Vero Beach and Ft. Pierce offer plenty of activities, such as Friday Fest and Art shows.
The Seal Museum is only 1 mile south of us. There are many State Parks and river cruises which offer the opportunity to learn about local nature and the inner-coastal waterway eco-system.
The Sea Turtles nest on our beaches.
