Falling Waters North Preserve is a beautifully landscaped 31 acre gated condominium complex located between US41 and the Gulf in North Naples. Our beautiful well appointed non-smoking 2nd floor unit overlooks a nature preserve and pond with a fountain. The unit is furnished and equipped for your total comfort and convenience.
You are within 5 minutes of beautiful Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. A 10 minute drive will put you on Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor Wiggins State Park beaches. A very wide selection of fine dining, casual and ethnic dining plus shopping can be found just outside the gate, but when you enter our closed gate community you would never know it is all out there because of the quiet location.
There are over 70 golf courses in the area for you to enjoy. Explore historic downtown Old Naples, Naples Pier, Caribbean Gardens Zoo, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary or the Everglades and many other attractions.
Vaulted ceilings and open design provide spaciousness and the brightness of Florida living. Relax on the large lanai overlooking the pond and fountain or enjoy the huge pool in the sun with lounges, tables and umbrellas. As soon as we walked into our rental unit we were impressed by the size of the living room and kitchen. It has all the expected appliances and they all work well. The owners were friendly and helpful. They also put together necessary information for the condo. The unit was very clean. Sitting on the lovely screened-in lanai overlooking the lake and fountain was very nice and peacefull. Having all the beach equipment in the garage is a lot better then buying it every time when we get there.The best place we ever stayed in Florida. Thank you Patti + Phil, we will think about your condo when we planning to get back to Florida.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
