Our luxury, spacious, air-conditioned, four bedroom villa in a quiet cul de sac, has a wealth of amenities including its own screened pool, extended decking area, and privacy fence ensuring total seclusion. The inside is light and airy with cathedral ceilings, the property is not overlooked at the back and is an easy 25-30 minute drive from the airport, within about two miles of exit 55 of the Interstate-4.
The master bedroom, with a pool view and second cable TV, has a large en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and seperate shower. The second master bedroom also with pool view and tv has a large shower room with the two twin bedrooms sharing a third full bathroom. There is also two further TV's in the twin bedrooms. Broadband internet connection at no extra charge.
The living area is spacious, with a large plasma cable TV, tastefully incorporating the formal dining area with a second dining area in the large, gourmet fully equipped kitchen. A breakfast bar is also attached to the kitchen. A seperate amenity room includes the washer and drier.
In the extended pool area there are two tables seating 6 and 4 persons on the luxury patio furniture together with chaise lounges for those who like to sun-bathe. Our pool is south-facing so gets the sun all day and the lanai provides welcome shade for those who prefer to sit and read. Large, carefully tended plants give it the 'tropical feel'
The garage has been converted into a games room incorporating a full size luxury pool table, electronic football and air-hockey games.
The coast is only about one hour away in either direction {Gulf or Atlantic } and all the attractions of Disney, Sea World etc. are 15 minutes away. Less than a few minutes drive away are all the many, varied restaurants, or, if you fancy an evening in, supermarkets are located, within about a mile, to cater for your cooking needs.
The nearest [superb] shopping malls are about 10 minutes drive.
The renowned golf course at Southern Dunes is also located within 10 minutes drive and many others are available including Champions Gate. Also about an hour away is the Kennedy Space Center, well worth a visit!
At the end of a long, exhausting but fun-packed day at Disney [only 15 minutes away ] come back to peace and tranquility as this property is in the 'green belt' area, close to areas of outstanding beauty and nature trails

This is a no smoking villa. Sorry no pets. Our luxurious home is professionally maintained and licenced with the property company who are available for emergencies.
