We were blown away by how outstanding this property was! It was an amazing house, especially given the cost. It was so much better and affordable than a hotel. We had a group of eight people and everyone had excellent sleeping quarters. Our kids (and us) absolutely loved the pool and game room. The house was clean and in great shape. The pictures that are provided are very accurate. For us, the location was perfect as we spent time at both Universal and the Florida gulf coast. I can't say enough about how great this rental was. It exceeded our expectations and the owners gave clear, very helpful instructions and support to make your stay as stress free as possible. We give this property our highest recommendation and will stay here again if we return to Florida! I was so impressed that it prompted me to write this review....the first online review I've ever written!

We loved this vacation villa! (And we've stayed in many.) We were at Disney World during spring break and after being in crowds and standing in long lines all day, it was wonderful to go back to this beautiful, quiet villa. The layout is spacious and the home is very tastefully decorated. It really was just like the photos. The showers were large and the water pressure was excellent. The pool is completely private with a privacy fence and landscaped backyard. It was only 15 minutes to Disney and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay in the Brookman's villa when we come back to Disney World!

My wife and I with our two young children really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and as described. The pool was wonderful and nice to look forward to daily. The palm trees in the back yard are also gorgeous. Disney was a few short miles away and this place was great to get away from the lines and rides to just relax. The locations also lends itself to the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. We took day trips to St. Pete/Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast and Cocoa Beach on the East Coast. In summary we did 4 days at Disney and 2 days at the Beach in a week :) Very relaxing and great for our The unit also had a great gas grill, nice dishes, utensils, and linens. Everything about our stay was great and wouldn't have changed a thing. Highly recommend this unit as the owner is very nice to deal with. We planned this trip months in advance and everything from the contract signing, arrival, duration of the stay, departure, and security deposit refund was professional and a pleasure. We think about it daily since our return home and will be back!!!

Perfect house for a family trip to the parks

We spent 5 days in this great house - our 3 boys all thought it was awesome to have their own rooms - SO much better than all 5 of us in a hotel room! The house was VERY clean, well furnished, comfortable, and the game room was a lot of fun - just as described. In fact, the pictures don't do this house justice. The kitchen/dining/family room is an open plan with a vaulted ceiling, and is bigger than it appears in the pictures - the kitchen especially. 3 full baths is a nice bonus when you have a lot of folks to get through showers, etc. This is my 4th house rental using VRBO, and I continue to be impressed. We were about 25 minutes from most of the parks, and had restaurants and grocery stores 10 mins away. Neighborhood is very quiet, the house is private, and the pool is great. You won't go wrong with this one.

The house was very clean, cozy and roomy. It did not feel like a rental home. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, which was a plus for me. It is close to a mall, resturants and not far from Disney or sea world. I would rent again. My only complaint are the shower heads. The spray was not very strong and so it took longer to wash/rinse my hair

Owner response:The shower heads were checked and we could'nt find any problem. Never the less they were due to be replaced over the next 6 months so we have replaced them earlier

This place was the best. Everthing we needed we had. No issues whatsoever. There were 6 of us at the house and it had more than enough room to accomodate everyone. The place was well kept and clean. The listing was accurate and we had no problems. This is close to Disney and all the major attractions but also far enough away to go and relax without the hassle of the crowds. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this place and we hope to stay here again next year.

The house was exactly as shown in the picture. It is very clean and nicely decorated. We did not miss anything while we were there. Beds were all very confortable and the 3 bathrooms (with 2 very large showers) were useful in the morning with the 6 of us there. We enjoyed the outside BBQ and had some very nice meals on the patio. Kids loved the play room in the garage, and all loved the south facing pool! Owners were very cordial and helpful in answering our questions, and they had plenty of documentation available to help us be confortable at their place.

My husband and I decided to take our son and my mother-in-law on our honeymoon with us. We decided to rent this house in Fl for a week so we could go to Disney with our 2 year old son. We had a great time. This house was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. From the decorations to the utensils, everything is well maintained. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. They were so easy to work with and made your entire experience a lot easier and more enjoyable. A Lovely Florida Getaway

I don't usually write a review, but when a property is as nice as Lesley's I have to add my voice. True to the description, it is in a quiet cul de sac (barely saw my neighbors), and a quick and easy drive to the supermarket, Publix and more importantly, Disney. After a long day at the parks it was a pleasure to head back and relax at this quiet, lovely home. I've rented quite a number of homes in Florida and for me, this was by far the best. I particularly loved the tranquil spa-like bathrooms with large plush towels! Overall, I just loved this tastefully decorated home in quiet neighborhood where you can find peace and serenity. Lesley, thank you for making our trip a success, I hope to visit your property again soon.

Hi, Just like to say that booking a villa knowing that you could turn up and it be a hoax or filthy or not as described is a big gamble when booking privately , Not in this case the owners of this property are 100% genuine and clearly look after this property as its their own home when on holiday in the states not just a rental Home. the pictures are a genuine reflection of the condition of the property , everything is in working order and the private pool is great. the kitchen is well equiped , washing machine and dryer , dishwasher etc etc. Super market just down the road is convenient and the highway is a doddle to drive on , 15 to 20 mins and your at the gate of Disney. we would use again if back in the orlando area and certainly reccoment to friends. cheers for a fab holiday. We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this fabulous villa from 20th July 2011. It was the second stay here for myself and my two children (then both under 11), but the first American adventure for my partner and his two.Returning to the villa was like coming home with extras! Our four teenagers could spread themselves out; and having a boy's bathroom, a girl's bathroom and grownup en-suite meant no queuing when going out. The pool was an obvious hit with them all and the games room was used extensively allowing more rest and relaxation time for the adults than we expected. We purchased Orlando Flexi passes before flying out which proved very successful. We more than got our money's worth returning to Universal Studios some evenings for a couple of hours before eating at Citywalk. We found the parks less crowded later in the afternoons so let the kids lie in a bit rather than setting alarm clocks at the crack of dawn as I have done on my previous trips to Orlando. This enabled me to enjoy the peace and quiet of the morning in this lovely environment! The villa owners exact very high standards of accomodation, maintainence and ameneties, much as you would expect in a home-from-home. We will definately be back again to this villa.

This villa was exactly as described on the web site. It was clean & comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had all the comforts of home. A wonderful place for a family of 6 (my daughter, son-in-law, 3 grandchildren & myself to relax & rewind after long days of visiting theme parks & other Florida attractions. It's close to the Disney & Universal theme parks. We all especially enjoyed the screened in patio & inground swimming pool. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

This was my families first time renting a home for a vacation. We wanted to take our children, ages 15, 6, and 2, to Disney and Universal Studios. This home was absolutely gorgeous and very clean and we were instantly pleased with our decision. Everything we needed was readily available, making our vacation so hassle free. Making the reservation was convenient, and the property owner was very friendly and helpful. We were close to all attractions allowing for more 'play' time and less 'travel' time. I would rent this house again if we plan another trip to Florida, and I would highly recommend it.

Villa situated in a quiet estate just off main highway and within 15 to 20 minutes of motorway driving to all Disney Parks. Villa is spacious, clean and well maintained, decorated and furnished to a very high standard including televisions in all bedrooms plus open internet access. We particularly enjoyed the secluded pool area, the games room, and the tranquil atmosphere after long days in the Disney Parks. If we ever decide to return to the Orlando area we would have no hesitstion in trying to book this Villa again as the whole experience this time from initial contact and ongoing correspondance with the owner to the conclusion of our holiday was a very easy and pleasurable experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa to friends and relatives.

Beautiful home

We stayed in June 2011. The home was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed, plus some extras such as movies and board games. Every room is furnished and decorated beautifully. The kids loved the pool! The pool and patio area is very comfortable and private. The kitchen is also large and accommodating. There is internet access via a modem. There is no wireless internet. There was a modem jack but we bought one at Target before we noticed it. It was very hot during our stay but the entire house stayed comfortable. The thermostat was already pre-programmed and only once during the four days did I want to adjust it a little but I didn't have to. The house is in a quiet suburban area outside of Orlando. On average it took about 20 minutes to get to the Disney parks and Seaworld. We encountered a problem the first day on the highway due to an accident, but otherwise it is very easy to get where you need to go on the freeways. Grocery and restaurants are just minutes away. Overall this felt like a home away from home, which is how I like to travel with two kids. The owner was also a pleasure to work with and communicates regularly. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Paradise Villa May 2011

We chose this villa mainly on the description of the pool. I don't like the way many villas are sitauted side by side with a full view of the neighbouring villas pool area. I was not dissapointed! The villa, although not away from other similar villas is the best I have seen for privacy. The fence completely surrounds the pool area without being oppressive. The description of the whole property is very accurate and although we had no children, I can see how this would be ideal for those who have. The games room is a great idea although it does mean you dont have a garage, no real hardship for a holiday home if you have a rental car. The decor inside is, like most villas I have stayed in, of a very high standard and everything you need is easily at hand. It was spotlessly clean with loads of towels and washing and cleaning facilities. We ate in most days and found everything we needed in the kitchen. One feature I particularly liked was the fact it is in a cul de sac and therefore no traffic noise. It is only a matter of minutes away from the usual eating places if that's what you want with a Cracker Barrell and a large Walmarts just down the road. We managed to visit both sides of the state swimming in the Atlantic Ocean one day and the Gulf of Mexico the next. We were even lucky enough to see a shuttle launch while we were there. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to family or friends and would certainly have no problems with staying there again if I was to return to Florida. In summary, a really good base for local attractions and shops, a first class villa, well maintained and exactly as described in the ad. If anything, I found the pool area to be better than promised with the choice of sun or shade all day. A great holiday, thanks.

We, a family of four with 10 and 15 year old girls, stayed at this house for ten days in April, 2011. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and found the house to be exactly as described in the listing. The house was very clean and well looked after. It had everything we needed, all we had to provide was our food. The booking was quick and easy, and the owner was very quick to respond to questions. The owner is very organized, and has all information neatly organized for easy access at the house. We were spending most of our time at the nearby theme parks, and were exhausted at the end of the long hot days, and we all looked forward to going "home" to the peaceful house, where we all had plenty of room and it was quiet and we could relax. We enjoyed the pool, and the games room. We have two regrets, one that we didn't take friends along to share our experience (the house was big enough for two families), and two, that we couldn't stay longer ourselves!

WONDERFULL HOME.I HAVE NEVER RENTED A HOME BEFORE,BUT TAKING 8 PEOPLETO DISNEY IS A LITTLE PRICEY.THIS WAS A GREAT CHOICE. THE OWNER WAS PROMPT WITH ALL EMAILS.THE HOUSE WAS VERY NICE ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE POOL WAS HUGE, THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING, NO RUNNING OUT OF PLATES OR GLASSES.THE POOL WAS AWESOME,THE KIDS HAD A BLAST. TOOK US 15 MIN TO GET IN DISNEY AND PARK.7 MILES ON INTERSTATE.AT NIGHT WHEN LEAVING PARK THERE IS A DENNY, PERKINS, APPLEBEESBY HOME WITH NONE OF THE WAIT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO ANYONE WANTING TO GO TO DISNEY.

My wife and I stayed for a month from the end of February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As the other reviews have said, the house was in excellent condition, caretakers were very helpful, and the location is within easy reach of everything. Amenities are well in excess of what we have experienced at timeshare facilities and we just enjoyed our vacation time. Very quiet neighbourhood. We recommend highly.

we stayed in this neatly decorated, very comfortable and extremely well maintained villa for 4 nights, we enjoyed every moment and it was hard to part. Villa is located in a nice and quiet community and just 15 minutes from all the fun. Villa is beautiful, cozy, comfortable and very well maintained. everything has its place and clear instructions. The backyard and pool area are just amazing! Last but not least the owners must be very nice and honost people. very helpful and promptly responded to emails etc, evreything was exactly the way described and told, deposit was returned within 4 days. When owner knew we will celebarte our wedding anniversery they even surprised us with a card and bottle of chapaign to welcome us..

As a family with 2 young children, we loved staying at this villa. We have rented many villas from VRBO and have not always been impressed. However this villa was extremely clean, organized and high quality. The pool area was great to relax in after a long day around Disney. It is also set in a culdesac which our boys loved as they could play out front of the home too. The villa is quiet and private and yet very close to shops/restaurants etc...I would recommend this villa and the great customer service of the owner to anyone.

Wonderful home, completely and beautifully furnished with all the games and electronics for entertainment. Fully equiped kitchen and outdoor grill by the lovely pool. In a suburban cul de sac about 20 minutes from Disney. Introduction with instructions and directions to shops most accommodating. Did not need anything. Just purchase your food and beveridges and relax. Three adults had all the privacy we could want. A comforting abode. The caretakers were also informative about the home. Great value for the price. Thanks to the owners.

I am lucky enough to have stayed in this Villa a few times, it really is a home from home place.
