This private mountain home sits on 1 acre in Fraser. Just a quick bus or car ride to the ski area of Winter Park/Mary Jane. The free shuttle bus to the mountain stops about 50 yards from the front door.
After entering, you'll experience an open floor plan with exposed beams and high ceilings, so you'll never feel closed in. The family room is the center of the home, with couch and two loveseats to enjoy the HD TV. The full kitchen has all the gadgets you'll need to make Thanksgiving Dinner! Modern gas stove, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances will make cooking easy and enjoyable.
The first bunk room has two bunk beds (full size futon on bottom, twin on top), 34" TV, plenty of closet space, and drawers under the bunk. The second bunk room has two bunk bed (twin over twin), two closets, and a dresser. The master suite has a king bed, a large dresser, and a walk in closet. There is a Plasma TV with cable. The master bathroom has a separate tub and shower, with heated towel racks.
You'll find the separate laundry room conveniently located on the same floor, so you won't have to climb stairs with laundry.
The hot tub area is located in the back of the house. Lots of thought (and labor) went into making this outdoor room the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. It is covered, and finished on three sides to block the wind.

Year Purchased: 2006
Our family lives west of Denver in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies. It was our dream to own a mountain home. We enjoy Snowboarding, Alpine and Telemark skiing in the winter, and road and mountain biking in the summer. Here is a picture of our youngest riding the bus over to Winter Park Ski Area.

We chose Fraser/Winter Park because it is a short drive from the Denver Area. We love Fraser all year long. There is great skiing in the winter, and it's a great place to escape from the heat in the summer.
