  After a very long and weary drive we arrived to find a beautiful home awaiting us. It was spotless, inviting and homey. The first few days we referred it as ``the condo but after that it was `home`! The master bedroom is lovely and the bed is a dream. Like sleeping on a cloud. Had some of the best sleeps of my life on that bed. The location is conducive to shopping and great dining. One left turn and a short drive down Cortez Road and you`re at the beach. One never tires of walks in the sand and spectacular sunsets. Debbie is very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated the book of suggestions on things to do and see as well as the books available to help identify all the wonderful birds and little critters that call Florida home. The only problem with our stay is that it wasn`t long enough!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  First of all WE LOVE YOUR AWESOME CONDO!!! When we came in, we were sooooo impressed by the whole furniture. We love the ocean theme, which run like a thread through the whole condo. It's amazing here, from the first moment we feel soooo comfortable and we fell in love instantly. The pictures can't even show, how BEAUTIFUL this condo truly is!!! It is really a small paradise, what Debbie and Alan create here in Bradenton! Furthermore Debbie was so helpful with all informations around the condo and leisure activities and she even left us a present here.We are so grateful for all these things! We have to say a big thank you to Debbie and Alan for having us here!!! And it will be awesome to come back as soon as possible.

  We spent a wonderful month at this property. It was everything that it claimed to be and more. The owners could not have been more helpful and repairs and maintenance were carried out quickly and efficiently. We are happy to recommend it to others seeking to escape the winter for the glorious sunshine of Florida.

  Bay Pointe is set in a very pleasant area close to shops & restaurants. Best of all is the simple short trip down to Anna Maria & Longboat Key beaches which are a true delight. The condo is big enough for 4 adults and there is a swimming pool less than 50 yards from the front door.

  We spent a few weeks at Bay Pointe and from the outset knew it would be perfect. Debbie was so helpful and the description and photos were spot on. The condo is just lovely, the decor very Floridian and the whole place spotless with everything you could need.The temperature was in the 90s every day and the occasional afternoon thunderstorm did nothing to spoil our enjoyment. The pool was spacious and we had it virtually to ourselves the whole fortnight. There are shops within walking distance and so much to see in the surrounding area that 2 weeks are really not enough. We highly recommend Eat Here as one of the many excellent restaurants on and around Anna Maria Island which is only minutes away and breakfast on the Rod and Reel Pier is a must! Debbie left us an excellent map showing us where to find manatees, just a short drive away, there must have been nearly a dozen when we went there. A truly magical place - we can't wait to return!

  Just returned from this truly wonderful Condo. Close to all ammenities and glorious beaches this home must meet even the most discerning travellers requirements. As the Americans would say fully loaded even a Home Theatre System, why go to the movies. Safe and secure property and well maintained. A credit to its British owners. No hesitation to return we had a great time. Thank you Debbie and Alan your description was accurate and the information you provided was spot on.

  After many hours tirelessly searching for a reasonably priced condo on the Gulf coast, we quite by chance discovered this little gem! The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating by allowing us to have a two week stay here and email/telephone communications were excellent when finalising all the details. The property itself is set within a private community in well kept grounds, very quiet, yet based right next to a variety of local amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy) so easy to access from the main highway route. Inside, the property is set out as a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen and is well equipped with an excellent range of amenities including a laundry room with large washer and separate dryer. A large, modern entertainment system (flat screen TV, DVD, surround sound, Ipod docking station) is provided along with internet access, all of which we made good use of. The main bedroom offers a clean and tranquil white furnished suite with large flat screen TV and a sumptuous, comfortable 4 poster king sized bed, along with walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also good sized with walk in closet and dressing table, with another bathroom located opposite. Bathrooms are of equal size with bath and overhead shower attachment, sink unit, plus toilet, along with a plentiful supply of hot water and towels. The condo is decorated to a high standard in restful colours with a coastal theme throughout, making it feel clean, bright, relaxing and modern. Air conditioning and fans in every room also help to combat the evening humidity. The complex has a small private heated pool with plenty of sunbeds around the surrounding terrace with shower and toilet facilities and was clean and well maintained. Overall this place felt like a home from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we are already arranging to go back next year!! The location of this property is perfect and the surrounding beaches can be reached within a 10 minute drive, all of which are stunning, un-crowded and very clean. We also found numerous other activities such as Botanical gardens, animal sanctuaries and of course the various shopping malls so there is something for everyone, of all ages. We can't recommend this place enough and have totally fallen in love!

  The photos showed the condo and it was nice and clean. We were very close to lots of great restaurants and it was easy to access the beach. We will be going back to this one.

  Rented just over 4 weeks, owners were great and helpful in all aspects of our rental along with good info. Condo was spotlessly clean in a guiet location but so handy for everything!! Anna Maria Island was a slmple 5 min drive for a laid back atmosphere,good food and excellent beaches. Spent most of our vacation on Anna Maria Island and was the main reason for renting the property. A good choice with plenty of superb memories and photographs. With good health and God willing we will be booking again "absolutely loved it"
