Very open floor space for families to spend time together, but with private rooms for TV watching, and a glass porch for games or indoor dining. There is a large deck for barbecuing and dining with access from the porch and family room that sits high, and overlooks the lake.
The lower level has the family room with comfortable seating, reading chair, TV, surround sound, window wall, skylights, fan, and fireplace. The large modern kitchen has oak cabinets with all the amenities, next to the kitchen is the dinning room that all connect and overlook the lake. There are two private bedrooms one with king the other queen beds, also one full and one half bath.
Upstairs has two large bedrooms, one with king, the other with a queen and two bunk beds in the same room. All the bedrooms but one have tall open ceilings with fans. There is a laundry room and a bright large full bath too.
The house sits on a large tree lined almost one acre lot, on a private road, 90' of lakefront, beautiful sunsets, and the Institutes Bell Tower to ring in the day.
