The living room/dining room and kitchen open to the outdoor patio and pool area with walls of glass doors to maximize indoor/outdoor living. Why the Owner Chose Racquet Club Estates
I enjoy living in Palm Springs for part of the year and purchased the home to be used as both a principal residence and a vacation rental. Therefore, the level of detail, the quality of the appliances and furniture, and the presence of original art work are unique in the vacation rental market.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I recently renovated the house from top to bottom with a new gourmet kitchen, beautiful baths, a new pool and spa and beautiful, private landscaping. Staying here is like staying at a newly built, private resort. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful mountain views, yet it is minutes from the restaurants, shopping and casinos of Palm Springs and the rest of the Coachella Valley.
