I enjoy living in Palm Springs for part of the year and purchased the home to be used as both a principal residence and a vacation rental. Therefore, the level of detail, the quality of the appliances and furniture, and the presence of original art work are unique in the vacation rental market.

The home was renovated from top to bottom in the first half of 2009 with new gourmet kitchen, beautiful baths, a new pool and spa and beautiful, private landscaping. Staying here is like staying at a newly built, private resort. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful mountain views, yet it is minutes from the restaurants, shopping and casinos in the Palm Springs area.
