Lakeside Village-The "upscale" condos serving Snowbasin. BRAND NEW for 09/10. After a long day on the slopes soak in the PRIVATE 5 person hot tub. Then head to the well appointed gourmet kitchen; perfect for enjoying an intimate dinner with close friends or having a feast with the whole family.
This condo is HUGE-2300 sq ft. The main living room invites cozy, relaxation in front of the fireplace and 40" flatscreen T.V. The downstairs "den" can host rambunctious kids or let the teens have some "space." Complete with TWO flat screen t.v's( so there's no fighting over which game to play), board games, mini fridge & microwave-it's kid heaven.
When it's time to hit the sheets to recharge for more skiing or boarding, you'll be enveloped in the silkiest sheets and warm, plush down comforters. Top quality, brand new, mattresses offer something for everyone; two king retreats, one queen, one bunkbed & two full innerspring futons. All SUPER comfortable. I've also provided a porta crib and high chair for the littlest ones.
Last but not least, you are a minute away from Pineview Lake and can even do some flat tracking in the snow covered, winter wonderland next door. (It's a campground in the summer, but in the winter it's a pristine, quiet, nature preserve)

I grew up as a Mountain girl in beautiful Utah. My youth was spent skiing, hiking, fishing all over this gorgeous state. I now live in Texas but come back to Utah every chance I get to be in the mountains and escape the Texas heat.
Why the Owner Chose Snowbasin
I bought a condo in Ogden Valley (Snowbasin, Powder Mountain) because of the unparalleled world class skiing. I also love the lake, hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding activities in this beautiful valley in the summer.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Lakeside is a very luxurious, comfortable, spacious condo. I have plenty of room for lots of friends to visit. I also have a huge kitchen and outside dining area for entertaining. We can walk 3 minutes to our boat, the lake, the condo pool or go a little further to set off on a hike. In the evenings we can sit in the 5 person Jacuzzi and look at the starry night ski. Sometimes I have friends or relatives who like to use the next door campground- maybe one day we'll have our family reunion here. I sleep better here than at home because I have THE MOST comfortable bed and bedding.
