This 4500 sq ft country-side home is your place for rest and relaxation after a long day at the golf course. Only 15 minutes to the Augusta National Golf Course and only 15 minutes to the Augusta Regional Airport, 15 minutes to Aiken, 1 hour to Columbia, SC and only 2 1/2 hours to Atlanta, GA this home is in the center of EVERYTHING!! There is tons of space for entertaining guests inside and outside with seating for 14 in the formal dining room and breakfast area inside and seating for 18 outside on the 3 dining sets. After a long day you can relax in the hot tub or just hang out by the custom free-form lighted pool. There are four dedicated bedrooms with ceiling fans and we have a few air beds for additional guests. There is a workout studio with sofas and 42" flat screen above the garage in the bonus room.
Daily cleaning is also included with Masters rental. Breakfast catering and dinner catering are available, grocery and drink delivery are available, dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off is available.

I have stayed in this home before and looking to stay there again. This is a very beautiful location for our family reunion, and I could very well see it being just as beautiful for a wedding location. The owners were very pleasant to work with. The house is EXCEPTIONALLY tidy and very well put together. The owners did not seem to be the type people to keep someones deposit, unless there were damages, or if the house was is complete disarray. We left the house tidy, it was not as tidy as when we arrived, but it was fairly tidy when we checked-out and received our deposit in full within 48 hours of checking out. I will most definately be renting this home again in August of 2011 for our annual family reunion.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Excellent location for Wedding Rehearsal party. Beautiful Home. However, CAUTION, owner does not fully disclose charges upfront. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing ahead of time so that you are not shocked when they keep ALL of your deposit afterward. Also demand a face to face walk thru before you leave. Live and Learn
Owner response:Beware of this renter!! My contract fully states that any damage or incident will be charged at a rate of $500.00 per incident. This renter had a total of 6 damages and trashed my home in the mean time and I only kept her deposit of $500.00, I did not charge her any additional money. The renters spilled red juice on my carpet, spilled some type of food on a dining chair, broke an outdoor lighting fixture, smoked in my home, which my contract clearly states that this is a non smoking home, along with a couple of other damages. They totally disrespected my property and have only been gone for 3 days now and I have spent $409.00 trying to get my home back to normal. Please do not let this review affect your decision to rent from me. We have rented our home for several years and have not ever had to keep anyone's deposit except from this renter. I would never rent to this renter again, no matter how much money was involved.
