I love the older historical areas of Palm Springs. This classic mid century home is the perfect get away tucked up against the mountains away from the wind yet within walking distance to all the wonderful places that have made the area famous.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
I love to hike the mountain trails near the home. I enjoy many of the excellent entertainment and eating options that are close by. The Thursday night street fair on Palm Canyon Drive is fun and there is always good music and art to be found just wandering the area.
Hip and trendy hot spots with memories of Hollywood past.
Great hiking trail that goes behind home and ends near Art Museum (point E on map)
World Famous Palm Canyon Drive with all it's fabulous shop, restaurants and galleries. Every Thursday evening there is a fun Street Fair.

We have had the pleasure of staying here several times over the past couple years and will always return. The location is great since it is within walking distance to everything fun to do in Palm Springs. I cannot think of a more ideal situation while visiting!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We have been very fortunate to have found this wonderful place to stay. The home is always clean and the owners are most helpful in answering our questions or concerns. We hope to return for many years to come. Close to downtown Palm Springs and great hiking. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We loved this property so much we are renting again next spring! It is well furnished in both the living spaces and the kitchen. The floor plan works especially well for family visits. The location is perfect for walking to town for dinner or the street fair.

A perfect spot for an easy vacation...luxurious yet casual and totally relaxing. Loved the pool, the club itself and the surrounding neighborhood. So great to walk into the funky downtown and enjoy all the activities. Would go again in a heartbeat!

This home is spacious, quiet and relaxing. You can spend a quiet afternoon by the pool, enjoy a barbecue in the back yard, or take a short walk into town to enjoy shopping and dining. What a great place to stay! I loved it.
