Welcome to Villa Cabana! This luxurious 2 Bedroom 3 Bathroom two story residence is situated on the intracoastal waterway in the Pompano Beach / Lauderdale by the Sea beach area. Odds are you will not find a nicer water view in which to enjoy your getaway vacation. This home truly offers the best of both worlds: unbelievable intracoastal water views with the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean two short blocks away. The unobstructed water views from the living room and outside terrace, master bedroom and all rear decking areas surrounding the pool are absolutely spectacular.
Entering the home on the ground floor, you are greeted by an open foyer. The two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and the master bedroom is rather spacious. The master offers a king size bed, two nightstands and a new 47” plasma television with dvd entertainment center. There is also a private door off the master which leads to the outside pool. The master bathroom offers a private walk-in shower and a separate oversized bath. Bedroom two offers a queen size bed, two night stands and a dresser with a private television. The guest room also provides a private, full size, bathroom.
The main living area is located on the second floor and offers a wonderful, open living room with unobstructed water views. The living room also provides a set of sliding glass doors which lead to an outside covered terrace area. The outside terrace is the perfect location to enjoy the spectacular water views. The living room offers a new 47’ plasma television with dvd entertainment center. There is also a New sleeper sofa. The dining room is private and offers seating for eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped and is situated off the dining room.
As stated, the home offers a fantastic shared pool that overlooks the intracoastal waterway. You only share the pool with three other homes. The rear decking area is a wonderful space in which to entertain and watch the boats sail up and down the intracoastal. The outside area provides a bbq grill. The home also provides a 40’ deeded dock space with no fixed bridges to the ocean.
This property is ideal for small to mid size groups who seek a private, waterfront, setting with immediate access to everything Pompano and Fort Lauderdale Beach has to offer.
