Welcome to paradise when you open the door to our gorgeous plantation home. This is an end unit with no one above or below and has panoramic ocean views in a lush tropical garden setting. It was totally rebuilt in the summer of 2009 with elegance and comfort in mind.
Our unit is located on the hillside above the 13th fairway of the Royal (North) Kaanapali Golf Course. It's a short walk down the hill to the world famous Kaanapali beaches. They are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, whale watching, lounging, and long walks along a four mile stretch of sandy shoreline. Whaler's Village and historical Lahaina are a short drive away. This is a great home for one/two couples or a family of four to seven people. Each bedroom is on opposite sides of the living room with their own bathroom for added privacy. The master bedroom and lanai offer ocean and golf course views with spectacular sunsets for your enjoyment.
This home has many amenities including Brazilian Teak wood flooring (Cumaru) throughout with beautiful bathroom tiling and features cental air conditioning with variable speed fans in every room for individual climate control. The kitchen and bathrooms include cherry wood cabinetry and stunning granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with a center island and top of the line appliances. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a full size shower and washer/dryer. LCD TVs are in each bedroom with a 46" Plasma HD TV in the living room including Blu Ray - DVD, WiFi and soft ascent lighting. Each bedroom has a premium king size bed with Egyptian linen and there is a deluxe sofa sleeper (queen size) in the living room. Fine local artwork and elegant furnishings appoint this home throughout and there is a private lanai for relaxing, dining and winter whale watching with bar height table and chairs for optimal views.
