This gorgeous estate is located on 2 acres within a private gate. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped. The home was custom built in 2005 with all top grade materials (travertine/granite, Brazilian cherry wood and African Ribbon mahogany). It is a single level floor plan with most rooms opening out to the covered lanais and pool/spa area that overlooks the north shore and beautiful city light views at night. The great room has a large built in granite table for gathering close to kitchen and living/family room plus a separate dining room with an expanding table. The Pool has an automatic, built in safety cover. There is a separate office with a door for privacy. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are suites with their own full bathroom and all are quite large. The Master Suite has his/her closets, large Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in dual shower. There are two large Flat screen TV's (one in great room and one in Master). House is fully air conditioned, but also has ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and has a nice island breeze on most days. The climate in this particular area is very moderate...not too much wind or rain, but enough coolness to be comfortable year round.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Paia town is about 5 minutes down Baldwin and has a lot of shops/boutiques, cafes/restaurants, nice night life and salons/day spas. Makawao town is a quaint "cowboy" town with fantastic shopping, restaurants, yoga, book shops etc. We are also very close to a number of great beaches and top windsurfing/surfing spots like Ho'okipa and Kuau.
