We fell in love with Park City years ago after visiting on vacation. We always dreamed of having a place by the slopes and trails. This Three Kings condo fit our needs exactly. Walk to the lifts and trails. Year round family fun!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love being able to walk out our door and walk across the street to the lifts. No cars, no hassles, no crowded parking lots. In the summer, we have trailheads all around us for hiking and mountain biking. The free bus line right out our door tops it all off!

This property was a winner for me. Close to the lifts and close to the shuttle line. Mary was easy to work with and getting in and out of the property was seamless. The photos are right on. The kitchen was fully equipped and the entire house was spotless. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We checked in Jan. 14, 2010, and this unit/location was perfect for us. Nice underground parking, (although we didn't use the car much, except to go to the store about 5 min away). We could walk back and forth to the Park City Mountain Resort lifts in 5 min, which made it very convenient for lunch breaks. Very cozy, nicely furnished unit, stocked with everything you need. Pool/Jacuzzi complex a short walk away. Golf Course/Cross Country/Skate Skiing track right out the back door. This unit was great for us!

We stayed the week after Christmas 2010 and where very pleased. This particular unit is in the first grouping of the Three Kings complex, right at the corner of Silver King and Three Kings drive and by far the closest of the complex to the lifts. As advertised, it is almost a ski-in/out with a short walk across the street to the Eagle/First Time lift area. (For the Payday lift, walk a few more minutes or just ride up First Time and ski over). We thought it was an easier walk than the condos we've rented at Snowflower, which require you to go around front and climb stairs. The unit itself is very nicely and tastefully decorated/updated. It's actually a 2-level town-home and is very roomy. There is plenty of drawer space and room for skis and boards. It has a washer & dryer. We where very comfortable with 2 adults and 3 grown kids. There are a few quirks, for example there is not a master bathroom, although there are two full baths which worked out fine. The heating system is strange but effective. But overall this unit is nicely done, clean, and well cared for. There is underground parking beneath the building. There is a shuttle system but I would definitely bring a car, it is very easy to run to the nearby grocery and wine/liquor store, run to town for dinner, Gorgoza for tubing, take a day trip to another ski area, etc. There is a deck off the back, and a nice gas grill. Very few condos offer a grill. We cooked steaks two nights, which was very relaxing compared to fighting the crowds in town. I only wish the deck had a roof to keep the snow off... we had to do a little digging to get to the grill! But having a grill was a big plus for us. The unit looks out on the the golf course and there is a cross country ski trail right there too. The view is very pretty in the mornings while having breakfast before heading over to the lift. The Three Kings complex has a nice heated outdoor pool and large hot-tub, with a nice club-house that has showers and a sauna (and also a computer for printing boarding passes). This is a bit of a walk, but there is a parking lot right there, so we just took the car over, which was actually very nice. Or you can walk over and simply change at the clubhouse. The property manager was absolutely wonderful and professional, personally making sure everything was perfect. The units are individually owned so the furnishings, upkeep, and management can vary widely. This particular unit is a nice find in a great location
