If you are looking for an upscale island-feel condo at an affordable price, this unit, located 100 yards from the ocean, will not disappoint. Our beautiful second story condo in building one has a full ocean/beach view and partial view of Haleakela. Our unit was completely remodele in 2011.. All furniture and appliances are new. Flooring is new tile and hardwood. Walls have been freshly painted in contemporary colors.

We are a recently retired couple that lives part-time on Maui and part-time in Louisville, Colorado. We love the Kihei Kai Nani so much, we now own two units. Since we are in Maui several times a year, and live in our own condos, we keep them in top condition.

We love Maui, and the Kihei Kai Nani is in a perfect location. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The Kihei Kai Nani is close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and some of the best golf courses in the world. We feel like we're at home as soon as we turn in the parking lot!

What a nice surprise to find a suite that is so attractive and so clean. This place was great. So close to the beaches. View is amazing. Price was great. No complaints. Owners are very helpful. We would highly recommend. Organic food store close by and Cafe O'Lei down the street, great for lunches.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We've stayed in this unit several times in recent years. Most recently, we were there in January 2011. We love this condo and the location! The Kihei Kai Nani is directly across the street from the beautiful Kama'ole II beach and close to many shops and restaurants. The condo has Hawaiian-style decor and is updated and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals and we often ate dinner out on the lanai, where there's a great view of the ocean. We've spotted so many whales while just relaxing on the lanai. We appreciate that the owners take care of their unit and continually update it. Nothing ever seems dated or old in the condo, which is not typical when comparing it to other condos in Kihei. I highly recommend staying here if you want nice views, quick access to the beach, and a well-maintained and beautiful condo. For whale watching and snorkeling to Molokini, we recommend the Pacific Whale Foundation's various trips. We like snorkeling between Kam I and Kam II, which is right across the street from the condo, first thing in the morning. Other activities that we have enjoyed on Maui are visiting the Tedeschi Winery, the Maui Ocean Center, the top of Haleakela, and the various beaches is south Maui.

This place was awesome. So close to the beach and many activities. View is amazing. Price was fantastic. No complaints what so ever. Owners are friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend.
