Why the Owner Chose Queen Creek
We specifically chose this location because we wanted to enjoy resort-style living and walk just 3 minutes to the 18 hole championship Johnson Ranch golf course, golf club, pool, tennis courts, playground, shopping and restaurants all on a beautiful and quiet panoramic backdrop of the San Tan Mountains. There are more than 300 days of sunshine here! All you need is your golf clubs and your swim suit! There is so much to take in!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy driving through the Sonoran desert up to the towering 3 Saguero cactus in our front yard that grace our desert landscaping and cul-de-sac lot. It is fun to entertain in the large great room and then barbeque outside in the back patio with the 2 ceiling fans and new patio furniture and grill. Consider relaxing in the outdoor sleeper sofa under the patio or putting a real log on our outdoor fire and roasting a marshmallow or two in the campfire!
*Next to the pool is the tennis courts, golf course, playground and clubhouse and picnic area!

*Enjoy a hassle-free service ride to one of the many casino's in the area...

Take a day trip to this national park and see one of the youngest volcanoes (1000 years old) and witness lava fields that was once lava flow...incredible!
*Take a day trip to see one of the miracles of our world...the grand canyon! It's awesome to see but beyond that there is not alot to do in this area...come back towards Queen Creek then!
*Take a 15 minute drive to this 200 acre peach farm and take a stroll or enjoy breakfast that they make home made!
*Take a 15 minute drive to tour how olive's are made into olive oil and have breakfast there too!

My husband Tom and I and our 3 children Jacob, Lucas & Alina live here in Gilbert, Arizona and have the unique opportunity to be in close proximity to be available to give the home special attention. When Grandma & Grandpa vacation from central Wisconsin our intent is to create many memories and we hope that you enjoy your get-a-away so much that you make it a tradition!
